It took a long, long time for any alternative to that bunker to be implemented. Plus, if 47 is captured, perhaps even mid-mission, it could mean that a whole separate, though generic, ending to the mission would have to be made for reasons of replayability. At minimum players would need to be able to skip a lengthy, scripted capture scene in a particular location.
I didnât play Colorado until well after Hitman 2 came out. I didnât know that Hitman (2016) had even been released until sometime last year when I bought Hitman 2 and the Hitman 1 content. Whatever play Colorado was like in its original version i couldnât say because I never played Hitman 1 by itself. Missed all but one of the elusive targets from both H1 and H2 as well.
Iâll take anything they throw at us atm. Hahaha.
Hehe. Makes me think with the camera always in your inventory. In Romania, you start the level, bare foot, just pants and some bandages and wires hanging from you,⌠And the trusty new camera to take nice scenic pics from the tip of the train.
I think this image is created specifically for the achievement. It might just be symbolism that 47 will be going away for awhile as IO works on new projects.
Apologies as this has likely been brought up on another thread somewhere, but does anyone think that the 'âClassifiedâ ICA facility might end up being in the Carpathian Mountains?
Some of the Google images have that same snowy mountain vibe going on.
Maybe IOI did learn it finally and starts to spread false flags that hint to the opposite of the actual game events.
It is in Greenland. The coordinates show at one point display Greenland when entered
I mean itâs the ending to a trilogy so itâs a big deal for the hardcore fanbase just as much as it is for them.
So far what has been leaked has been tame such as locations, but key story moments and especially the ending of the trilogy has been mostly unspoiled outside of our own assumptions of what it could mean.
Ah right thanks, come to think of it I do remember Greenland being mentioned back when H2016 first dropped, I just couldnât remember the context
Thatâs easy to explain. Diana is there and double crosses him
Yes I think like the prologue we wonât get to choose a loadout
I think so as well at least until we unlock the mastery for it.
From the no clip documentary in a segment on lessons learned from absolution:
one of the biggest lessons for me from absolution was that if you really want a hitman experience it has to be about the player and their relationship to the target, and the nature of how you take out the target needs to be on your terms. It can never be too scripted, or even worse, in a cinematic.
After the entire absolution situation, I find it hard to believe that they would go back to a failing formula for the final mission. This gives me hope that the final target of the trilogy wont be killed in a cutscene like they did with absolution
I am very curious about that actuallyâŚthe map size. My assumption is that the actual map is a circular track so the player can take however long he/she needs and then a cutscene will transition either into the end-game or to a more stationary bit of the map if there is any after the train.
the carapathian map is a moving train. i hope we arrive somewhere interesting too if we ever do
I think exactly the same. I do hope that there is some small station after the train stops, because a train alone would be really, really damn small, but I also hope its not an infinite ride. That would keep things interesting until the end, even when replaying it.
I reckon it will be an infinite ride until we finish the mission, then the train will stop and there will be a cutscene of 47 hopping off (presumably after killing all the baddies) kinda like how requiem ends with 47 leaving the cemetery
What if train glitches like Hidden valley trucks.
47 : Diana I am stuck in mountains forever.
YAME YAME . The guard is checking your ID.
