Chongqing was the last map where I got 20 level mastery. I didn’t care for a lot of the challenges

I dont had the same issue, I always did Sniper Assassin/Suit Only + Silent Assassin first, then the deluxe escalation. That gave it a real boost
Other than that I focus on the challenges that give me the whole +4000 first.
But I know what you mean. Mendoza and China felt like you almost needed to complete all the challenges just to get to 20.

Thanks for the tip. I reached lvl 20 yesterday eve. Never payed attention to the amount of XP. Now that I know, things are gonna be easier.

Just a note, I have no idea if this intentional, but I was going on a casual rampage and I noticed after triggering the core, the roof guards became masked facility guards? I only realized after I killed them, but here’s screenshots of the corpses.

I accidentally fell under the city. Neat.
Sometimes if the level starts in a blend spot, if you mash the exit button and hold walk in any direction, you can break out of the blend spot before the game forces 47 into it. But, after a few seconds, it wrestles you back into the blend spot, often off-center. In Chongqing, it shoves you on the other side of the railing, as you can see.

Lmao those falling through the Level thing happened like 3 or 4 times to me in Dubai on one of the ledges, where 47 just jumps over it into his death (that was really fun during an escalation, btw) and i fell off the Train in the Carpathian Mountains several times.

I so wish we could enter the train station in Chongqing. It could be like the train in Mumbai where it can’t be interacted with. It just seems weird to me that they put npcs in there but it’s inaccessible.

Is there some trigger to getting the lethal poison to appear; the one on the table in the test subjects room? It was there for me once but I couldn’t find it again on a subsequent playthrough.
No trigger needed. It’s always there. It’s on the table near researchers.
Second floor if I remember correctly (Level 4 on the map).
But it might be taken away on Master difficulty so bare that in mind

Indeed. There are actually in Chongqing I’d like to enter, so the Train Station is the weirdest one, especially because “Real” NPCs never were out of Bounds before that.

Oh wait isn’t there a manhole in the back alleys of the Block? I think you can open one, but I don’t remember it ever lighting up as an exit point.

There’s one next to the block near the hobby knife and one in the restaurant back lot.
