During the IOI Showcase on june 6th 2025, they’ve shown the image above, but then decided for whatever reason to totally ignore that. Why is that?
And more important, WHAT is it gonna be?
HD Remaster trilogy including Codename 47? For consoles?? For mobile phones?
@Combatglue we need some answers here, you (or more like the company you work for ) can’t just show the image above and act like you didn’t? Was it a mistake that this was shown? Was it a placeholder for something?
I understand that you probably can’t just spill the beans here, but man, we could need some answers here, even its just a “SOON”

For the record: at the end of the showcase, when I made the list of the announcements, I contacted CombatGlue to double check it. (don’t want misinformation)
And also to ask about this “Hitman Classics 2026” thing.
He’s trying to find the answer, and will communicate if he finds it (and it’s communicable). At the time the teams were in LA and not really available/presumably sleeping.

Either made in a rush or something, but clearly someone thought “ah yes, it goes Hitman C47, Contracts, and then Hitman 2 because it has a sequel number”

I´m inclined to believe it´s gonna be something like Blood Money - Reprisal, otherwise Blood Money should be included if it´s a cross-platform remaster.
Oh, is it? (on current-gen consoles I mean) I find it strange they would do a cross-platform (specifically cross-platform, not console-only) remaster of the other classics and not include it. I mean they’re all on PC and I don’t think they need a remaster, just a next-gen patch of sorts to make them work without 3rd party fixes and all sorts of tinkering (though granted, BM is the only one which doesn’t require much of that to work as it should).
Bundling BM with Absolution was just stupid and still a reason why I’ve not bought it yet as it’s always so expensive considering I have no interest in playing absolution ever again.
