This reads like a speech-to-text tantrum from a 4 year old
These contracts would be boring as shit with pacifications.

LMAO
mirror match would be way too easy without pacifications, it would remove what makes the contract special and unique.
removing it from conan=shinichi would do the same thing
removing it from mine wouldnt ruin it but it would sure make it boring
Correct.
Look at these Mirror Match LB time differences (4am EST.) After the top 3, the times are all over the place. If you could go on a KO spree, this is probably doable in under a minute.
That tells me people are taking their time and playing it as intended which meansā¦ā¦ itās a good contract.
Speaking of LBs, @linux_penguin did you try this one yet? It was awesome.
To be completely honest, I havenāt played hitman since these contracts were released, after the debut match of rrwc Iāll give them (as well as hundreds of other contracts made over the last couple months) a go, maybe on twitch.
More importantly: What is a @linux_penguin doing on a Microsoft gaming system?
I wonder how my 3 contracts went out of the bunch. Quite a few people actually like my Berlin one - āThe Kukri Kompositionā, and at least one for Mendoza - āA Grape Travestyā. Either way, I am pretty happy with this batch, and even if the Mendoza one isnāt featured in any way, I am still going to call that contract a classic for me in my heart. I honestly didnāt really care about my Dartmoor one - āThe Saber of Sicknessā because it requires a Sieker which is only unlocked in Haven Island which is a Hitman 2 level. They should seriously make a variant of that emetic dart pistol for Hitman 3 as an unlockable. Itās very useful in contracts where you need to get someone that is sitting to move, especially if it is a target that you want to isolate. Iām not really mad, just annoyed. Time to go mad for Wrath. Might be worth the temper tantrum at the end.
Lighten up, itās just a game after all.
The Saber contract you made was good⦠at least I thought it was.
I disliked the Kukri one because using the emetic device briefcase gas bomb is annoying, especially when you have to separate the the target from other REAL dance floor NPCs. I realize you can isolate her other ways but thatās still exhausting.
Have you played the 3 chosen ones yet?
Crime of⦠is pretty good. Itās a quick run with a few spots for failure.
The other 2 are near perfect and worlds better than my submitted contract so Iām happy they got picked.
I really enjoyed the Mirror Match : Chongqing. Itās a great puzzle contract and the closest things there is to my usual runs (placed disguise only, no crouching, social stealth only, no knockout).
I know a large amount of players here are speedrunners, but I really liked doing it walking only, it was soothing.
As a consequence I remade its Berlin counterpart on Xbox for all to enjoy.
(and yes I had to find all the targets blind, fortunately the names were visible in the orginal submission)
I would even say that this contract has a better route for speedrunners.
@Deimatic I hope itās alright with you.

All credits to Deimatic.
Thatās awesome. No pacifications right?!!?!!1111
Yeah, youāre right. Hitman is still a very great game. I guess Iām just a tad bummed out. I should play these 3 Community Featured Contracts that got selected. I havenāt done that yet. They all look pretty good.
Besides, I already got my Wrath contracts sorted out and made for the Season of Wrath. You can find it in the Fan made contracts of Hitman 3. Link is there if you wanna read and give them a go. I wonāt list their additional challenges when I submit these two. Iām thinking about showing off more contracts on the forums that I made that are not for Featured Contracts. That would make things a bit more interesting for everyone.
Well, I played all 3 Community Featured Contracts for envy. One thing I will say, these are all very great contracts! I might as well talk about what I like from each contract. Overall, I really like the No Pacifications Complication on all 3 of them. It adds a bit of a challenge for you as the player to figure out how to KO (Knock Out) your target without considering subduing them. So I am really happy to congratulate @Deimatic, @Heepo (Georgikens), and @Hamushi on this batch. Iām not particularly great at speedruns but I can see the possibility on at least one of them. Iāll talk about each contract based on the order I played it in. I played the three in this order; Crime of Envy, Mirror Match: Chongqing, and Conan = Shinichi.
Crime of Envy by @heepo (Georgikens)
The briefing is not exactly interesting to me, but apart from that I actually like the targets for this contract. It is not really the targets that I was thinking of if I made a similar contract, so great job on making these targets unique. I enjoyed figuring out the second one in particular which obviously caused chaos for everyone around him. Iām very happy I got away with the second target because I would be terrified if someone has found the body. I did use the Sieker for the first target, but to be honest, you donāt really need the emetic dart pistol. Coin distractions works very well too. The twist with Pistol Elimination on both is a very unique touch, and Iām glad it is any disguise too, even though it would be a little bit quicker starting at the Biker Gang. Great job @Heepo!
Mirror Match: Chongqing by @Diematic
Quite a straightforward briefing, equally as much as where the disguises are located. I love the concept of āeliminate your target in their matching disguiseā. I might have to play more of these types of missions. I was a bit stumped at first on how to get the the Facility Analyst out, but I soon realise that you can go through the scanner with a weapon in your inventory. I thought you canāt really do that, but apparently you can in the Dumpling Cook disguise. Much like Crime of Envy, it isnāt really necessary to use the Sieker in this contract as well even though I did use it on one unnecessary non-target⦠whoops. I overall enjoyed this contract, it allowed me to use elements of the Chongqing level that I donāt really think about like the Scanner in the HQ, and tampering machinery in the Block. And yes, I did take out the dumpling cook with a clever. So bonus points on that! Awesome job @Deimatic!
Conan = Shinichi by @Hamushi
I really enjoyed this one. Adds quite a challenge to explore the Thornbridge Manor and Dartmoor itself to take out certain targets. It given me a bit of creative freedom to figure out what way shall I eliminate each target. Much like the previous two, I did use the Sieker on two targets. I can probably see a way around to not use the Sieker but Iām not sure how. Using distractions did really help on a couple of targets. I completed it in the reverse order starting as the Private Investigator and eliminated the last three with a Kitchen Knife (Melee). Almost got spotted on the gardener but got away with it. The good thing about this contract is that you donāt really need to use an explosive device. If you manage to pick up a propane flask and throw it so that itās next to the car, you can take out one or perhaps two targets with an explosion. I really enjoyed finishing this contract off with a BANG! This is definitely my favourite out of the three. Solid job @Hamushi, your contract is the better one out of the three that I played. I think itās pretty smart that I completed the three in that order.
I am looking forward to the Season of Wrath, our final Season of Sin. Letās hope we use our anger for good by making some pretty excellent contracts. From what I learnt from playing these 3, sometimes the briefing doesnāt have to make sense but the experience in playing the contract is what makes a contract fun. If you have a great briefing with not so great targets, then it may not be as fun playing the contract. Itās all about finding the balance. Add a twist in the contract which was what Crime of Envy have which is eliminate using Pistol Elimination. Who knows, playing some of the Community Featured Contracts might actually inspire you to make some good ones of your own. OK, enough about the deep long life lesson talk. Iāll see you guys very shortly for Wrath.
Thatās awesome, thank you! I think Iāll post it over on the fan contracts thread too since people seem pretty positive on the Chongqing version.
I like the Berlin version a lot, especially that I could spread the targets out to be more between disguises or nearby disguises that were not theirs as opposed to Chongqing were the researcher and analyst outfits are in the same location as all their potential targets. I think the Chongqing version has a good speedrunning advantage though with the number of viable exits nearby each target. Iāve been watching some runs today and have seen great times using 4 different exits and 3 different starting locations which is super cool. You can definitely still do some clever/fun routes with Berlin too though.
Also finally got around to checking out the batch myself and thoroughly enjoyed both the other contracts. Very well done.
great analyzation. excited to read what the devs say. what didnt you like about the briefing?
@Franz reply in this thread basically sums it up. The identity victim for the second target gets shot in the back twice himself. I guess that is pretty ironic when you think about it. Other than that, the briefing isnāt really that bad. I still think it is pretty good though.
haha, thats true. probably shouldve just removed that part LOL
what can you do
good constructive criticism
Will there be contracts for the first and second seasons? Will it be possible to ship them in the future?
Congrats to @Deimatic , @Heepo and @Hamushi ! Finally got a chance to play these contracts. Really enjoyed them.
Enjoyed this batch of contracts. They were the easiest for me so far. I completely understand why they were chosen, they offer a lot of possibilities. But Iām not sure if they are speedrunner friendly.
youd be surprised how many people dont try to get SA on contracts
thanks for the feedback!
any ETA of the blogpost?
