Not so. Currently on Steam, it is not sold HITMAN 3 separately. The separate version has been removed from Steam. You can only buy the Part One, or buy 2 and 3 through a hidden page after buy 1, or buy the 123 collection directly.So this is very unfriendly to people like me who have 1 and 2 and only want to buy 3. Anyway, the sell of WOA was a disaster.

Amazing to hear this honestly. Itās always a good thing to cater for as many players who have different ways to play as possible!
I bought HITMAN WOA on Steam a few months ago and have been really enjoying playing the game again to 100% completion with my extended knowledge about pretty much all of the maps and mechanics in comparison to when I first played it in 2016. Due to this, and the fact that DLC-based unlocks are not tied to this cross progression and are platform specific, I most likely will not be doing the cross progression as Iād really enjoy being able to play everything again on my 2nd account.
I hope those who have been waiting for a time like this will fully be able to enjoy their HITMAN experience on as many platforms as possible!

Awesome. Personally itās easier to play sniper assassin on PC so being able to knock out trophies for that on there and do the rest on console would be ideal.
Hopefully this means that multiplayer being cross platform isnāt unrealistic?

Oh yeah, small sidenote, Iām also quite bummed at the lack of leaderboard support too. Art of Rally has this, so itās a bit of a mystery why this wonāt have support.
Maybe support post-release?

I hope leaderboards are kept platform-specific, with option to see pick and every leaderboard, or at least separate consoles and PC boards cause the PC leaderboards are cheated right? Also i hope they dont transfer over all the options, because i have seperate fittings for each platform: xsx, ps4 and ps5 i put myself into different settings to have a different mindset each

Most of the leaderboards are cheated on PC, if not all for the top 10. A few weird symbol player names are frequent as is āfunnypaulkellyā etc. To be honest, the subject of wiping leaderboards etc deserves its own thread. I donāt know when and if IOI will ever change that.
It is quite amusing though when you get to genuinely obscure contracts with certain restrictions that the cheaters themselves take their time (forced to by contract complications) in teleporting, selecting the target to die in a specific manner in the SDK code which takes longer than what some of the true masters of the community do in their normal runs. Iāve seen a few of GenP times beat cheaters in some Arcade and Escalation contracts.

Well now I have to make a decision if I want to purchase WoA on my Steam Deck and then if I want to keep my PS5 progression or go fresh.
I like games where I can swap between different devices and pick up where I left off progress-wise. This is really great! Finally, a super useful use for the IOI Account always-online stuff!

I hope this isnāt the solution to the platform suits - having to buy the game on each platform they give an exclusive suit.
Personally, I think this could be an opportunity to change the platform suits to be distributed the same way as Twitch Drops itemsāwhere purchasing HITMAN WoA on that platform grants it to your IOI account.
That way, buying the PC or Switch version gets you black, the PS version gets you blue, the Xbox version gets you green, and completing challenges earns you the Stadia red. This would allow players to wear all suit colors regardless of which platform they play on.
Hopefully we can just use the Free Starter Pack on each platform to get the suits without having to pay anything, if theyāve taken this route.

Iām currently migrating to PC. and now it means that I will keep my progression, suits, and my will to continue my full completion profile! In a proper official server, and continuity of five years of play.
Soon with mods!
(need to see how to create one modifying all the redundant MKII items into ābalanced funā items, I have a list and remember some passing musing on the forum.)
(I will do the synch March 11th, have all the achievements pop on steam right at the Anniversary. Iām that kind of person.)

What about progressions of:
- Featured Contracts completion?
- Escalations and Arcade?
They are not mentioned in the article.
Neither is the Elusive Targets Career Tab, but I suppose itās tracked via their challenges, so should be fine.
I remember that H2 to H3 transfer did not carry them, and it looks to be build on its foundation.
Would be no bother (well a small one for FCs, but I would gladly be obliged to replay the escalations.)

The free starter pack doesnāt actually get you the streak suits i only have the black streak suit on steam thanks to them making episode sapienza free but before that i didnāt have it

Only problem I have with your video is the intro.
It didnāt only take four fucking years, more like five fucking years since today is Hitman 3ās fifth birthday. And you could argue itās a feature that should have been in the trilogy since it launched, so you could also say it took about ten fucking years to have it!
But if you didnāt do a carryover from HITMAN 2 to HITMAN 3 this option will close with introducing cross-progression on February 3.
