How do you manipulate events so Valiant’s clone shoots Pritchard? I’ve only managed the usual end-of-tour discussion, which leads to Pritchard being sent away to a room, but not killed.

(also tried Internet searches, but all I could find that were not methods to accomplish the mission simply were focused on speed or “how to kill clones” in some fashion (before Pritchard meets Valiant, all clones killed at once, etc.))
