Elusive target #1: Leon Oscars “The Disruptor”
Location: hawke’s bay

Description:
Leon Oscars aka “the disruptor” is a rouge ICA agent known for hacking things to kill targets. From hacked keycards to cause electrocution to more unusual kills. Now he’s gotten bored of the ICA and has gone rouge and infiltrated a large party in old reynard safehouse.

Map differences:
A new highly guarded underground secret floor and a lot more civilians.
