Too bad IOI wasn’t taking April Fools submissions this year! But I hope there’s an appropriate theme for this one whenever IOI decides to take community contracts again instead of from random Internet sites I’ve never heard of.
Nah, I’ll allow players to break the complications in the name of experimentation. I am merciful like that! 
The contract could be a lot more chaotic at the expense of a 5-star SA being impossible. I actually think @Ashley’s The Sharon Whiteout Privilege is more chaotic, solely because getting Sharon Reed with an accident is nearly impossible to do and still retain a 5-star SA. I know you said you got it by causing chaos right before interacting with the core, and then it was a race before she leaves the building. Still, that seems random and unpredictable. But I suppose my contract is as chaotic as you can get where there’s still a predictable and reproducible strategy to get a 5-star SA rating… if you can find it!
Haha, I guess you missed the discussion when I released “The Jeremy Blackout Privilege MK II” a couple weeks ago.
So, every NPC tagged in the level as a “Facility Guard” automatically spawns into a “Facility Guard (Masked)” variant once the core meltdown is triggered. It doesn’t matter if that NPC is alive or dead, or hidden in a closet. They ALL change disguises. So you make Jeremy Bolt commit suicide and run into him right before he jumps, then his dead body lays on the platform where you can take his “Facility Guard” disguise. But after the core meltdown is initiated, his dead naked body will still spawn into a “Facility Guard (Masked)” disguise. So you end up stripping poor, dead Jeremy Bolt of his clothes twice.

Caleb, Charlee’s sidekick, is a worldwide known fencer. It might be possible to make it look like it was beef between them. Then again. Even without orders the snipers are still allowed to kill Diana as long as any suspicious bald person is presence during the speech. Good luck, 47. I think you might gonna need it.

Took the time to recreate one of my favorite contracts from 2, set in Miami. These targets start in opposite parts of the map, but there are ways to move them around for your benefit.

Made two Sgail contracts. The first is was to check which guards of a bunch enter the interrogation room, the second just to annoy anyone playing it. 
None of them have a particular solution in mind.

Interesting little one. The disguises were a bit of a pain to collect but the challenge of getting the propane to the targets (or vice versa 
) was good
