Why would IOI give the times in Central European SUMMER Time (CEST), even though it’s currently winter in Europe?
I guess they mean CET (Central European Time), which is what is observed in Europe right now.

The patch is available (at least on Xbox), it is 5.4 Gb.
You can start the download.
Remember, to play Freelance, you will have to wait for the servers to come back online.

I’m usually the one locked in the basement. 
However, that’s where my gaming equipment is.
Of course, it’s a little heavy handed as I am about 1.5km underground in a mine commissioning ventilation equipment.
