Yes that’s a bummer they dumbered down the frisk experience by not allowing illegal items, almost breaks completely the concept and utility of the frisking as we’re guided to be careful and not expect any surprise or challenge in this function anymore 
Also, the human shield was technically possible since 2016, but they somehow decided not to implement it to “not escalate the situations”…
