I really loved the first game from 2016. The devs are an amalgamation of ex-Disney and Telltale Games alumni.
The story was interesting, the dialogue was very well-written and natural and the art style wasā¦ Stylish?
Iāve been meaning to replay the game again recently and maybe write something about it. Iāve got a lot of fond memories about this title. Hopefully the sequel is great. Night Schoolās second title Afterparty really didnāt click with me and I never got past 1/3rd of the way through.
Ahhh man, now I have to catch up on the Indie World showcase! Hopefully thereās more details on that Card Shark title.

This yearās F1 game just got announced.
Story mode seems pretty cool, but Iām worried EA might find a way to ruin the game with MTX. The Steam store mentions something called Pitcoins. Hopefully theyāre just another way to purchase cosmetics.

Hmm I am not sure about the involvement with EA. The game was probably developed well enough before the acquisition of Codemasters in February. But still, this is the EA we all know about, so who knows.
By the way, the trailer itself is pretty well made! It reminds me of H3ās target briefing video with colors and silhouettes of characters.

Age of Empires IV is looking promising. I still remember how everyone was disappointed over AoE III and Empire Earth III.
Now with just a couple of hours left, a new trailer (or perhaps even gameplay?) for the upcoming Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown will be released. I am very excited to see what it will be like!

Looks like weāre going to have to wait til July til we get a proper trailer. Still, kindof excited, I love the first 2 TDU, a nice kind of blend of open world sim racer. Shame there are just so few racing franchises nowadays, so many just seem to end during the PS3 era.

Yessssssss! I canāt wait to play these! Iām such a fan of the series. Maybe Investigations 2 will finally get localized for a similar bundle!
Yeah, to name a few, there are Burnout, Driver, Midnight Club, and more during that period. Racing game can be expansive to make though, which is probably one of the reasons why they are gone. Licensed cars and soundtracks costs much, and mobile games become more lucrative and easier to make in recent years.
I do hope this sequel of TDU will make a change on this situation. There canāt be a better time than now. Forza Horizon, despite dominating the arcade racing genre, havenāt changed much for years. NFS wonāt get a release this year either. The closest TDU experience you can get right now may be GTA Online and The Crew 2, but those two have different focuses from TDU. Say itās possible to buy all cars, clothing items, and properties in these games, but I think TDU still remains as the ultimate millionaire simulator!

THQ Nordic and Experiment 101 have released a new trailer for Biomutant, due for release next month (25 May). Given weāve seen fast-paced action trailers up to now, they anticipate the question and responded: āWhy is it soā¦ quietā¦ and positive? Because there are too many fast-paced, dark and gritty trailers in this world anyway. We are pretty upbeat people and Biomutant is a colourful game. So zip it and enjoy.ā

The devs of the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance (22 June 2021 on Xbox, PlatStation, Epic, and Steam) talk about the āemergent combatā system. I knew this was in development, but I hadnāt realised it was coming so soon.
