According to Bloomberg, he acknowledges in a departure email that “a lot of people are feeling fear, stress or discomfort when working with me” and apologizes for any “bad blood” that came as a result of his tenure at CD Projekt.
Bad blood doesn’t mean it was actually bullying, he just might be a more complicated person to work with.

Sounds like he was ambitious and driven - and probably unable to understand that not everybody else in the world sees things the same way. They are always the worst bosses, but unfortunately, our models of dominance hierarchies tend to lead to that outcome. Oh, and corporate ‘slow AI’ rewards it too, which means it tends to be self-reinforcing.)
I suspect that he may not be able to deal with it (evidence seems to show that what seems like neurological ‘hardwiring’ is almost impossible to change), but I am prepared to concede that at least he seems to be willing to accept responsibility for it, which is more than some similar examples.
