Valve might be branching back into Console releases. I don’t know if I pointed this out, but Xbox has Steam integration, though it’s at a very minor point right now with only connecting you with friends who use Steam this might be further expanded upon.
With the ongoing Epic Games vs Apple Court Battle going on it has been confirmed that Gabe Newell and Phill Spencer have been actively talking so take that how you may.

Isn’t Steam also on the PS? I remember it was on the PS3 since they released Portal 2 in 2011 
they released a number of valve games on console (orange box, portal 1 & 2. a crappy cs and left 4 dead etc.) but not for a long time.

Tribeca Film Festival’s Upcoming Games Award category has been revealed.
Twelve Minutes is on it. I’m hyped. A showcase of all the games is happening in early June. You can sign up (I think) to get a chance to play an exclusive demo of them later this month.

GTA V Re-remastered edition
will be available on Nov 11th, 2021 for PS5 & Xbox Series consoles. The game will be once again “enhanced and expanded”. -
Standalone GTA Online will be there as well. PS5 players can play it for free for the first 3 months, while existing players getting 1 million in-game currencies at the start of each month until the enhanced edition is released.

A street car/race-oriented game update for GTA Online will be dropped this summer. Starting next week, new tracks/maps for existing modes will be added as well.

20th Anniversary for GTA III? Huh, I would guess it’s T-shirts for GTA Online character, but I won’t complain if it’s something more than that. (internally screaming remaster/remake)
To be honest, I didn’t even play the latest heist update, mainly because I have already lost interests in the game. I believe most of you are expecting GTA 6, too. Anyway, there may still be some pleasant surprises for this series, I hope.

I can’t imagine wanting to play a game that makes you buy a go-kart for nearly 1,000,000 dollars. I could make my own go-kart, several more and build my own private race course for that much.

Ha, exactly! I can’t imagine there are still players who play the game for fun when many in-game items were high-priced to increase microtransaction sales. Many times I would rather consider the game has become a ‘streamer game’, where there are only streamers and their fans playing it together.
I don’t know if expecting an excellent singleplayer experience from Rockstar with a promising story can still be done these days, but it appears that there will still be a long time to wait for their next game to be released. Well, there’s plenty of other games to play, anyway.

In GTO’s defence I heard that go-kart was given away for free for a while and that Cayo Perico has a huge pay out with none of the typical heist drawbacks if you have time to kill.

Yeah, it’s true. The said heist can even be done solo, and plenty of free stuff were added during festivals and holidays. Maybe the game isn’t as awful as it was introduced with random item research in Gunrunning.
I enjoyed building my character and buying the cars I like back when I was still fond of the game. Well maybe there will be something new with the upcoming enhanced edition, then I will return to play it.
