Apparently, every ice cream flavour in Sapienza is labelled ‘Strawberry’.
In the film ‘Trance’ (2013), the word ‘Strawberry’ is used to induce a state of deep fear in one of the hypnotised characters; that of being buried alive.
You might think that it’s a bit of a long shot, but remember that a therapist NPC (Dr. Oscar Lafayette) is part of the map’s story.

I just learned that both the Breaking Bad and Ninja Turtles pizza Easter Eggs in Whittleton Creek only appear in the regular Mission and not Contracts Mode for some reason.
Not sure if this affects anyone’s Easter Egg hunting, but keep in mind that EEs even this innocuous could be disabled in Contracts Mode.

Don’t know if anyone’s discovered it yet, but according to the files it seems there’s an Easter Egg type thing in Dubai where you give someone a ‘photoshoot’ and then their friend gives you a reward.
So if it hasn’t been discovered yet… get hunting
EDIT: If you want the reward spoiled, it’s a cannabis joint, and it’s given by a woman

Considering how broken all the camera related feats/challenges are, if this turns out to be true it’ll probably be a pain in the ass to trigger. 
What seems weird to me is that the vast majority of easter eggs are on Berlin (ET exit, alien abduction exit, hippo, Agent Smith reference, Untitled Goose Game reference, literal Easter Eggs in the Berlin Egg Hunt) and the other levels barely have any easter eggs.

I did a kill everyone in Dubai once (like, this time last year) and found that a female NPC dropped a cannabis joint. With the one under the coconut and the one on the top floor, that makes three unsmokable joints in Dubai. Wish there was at least somewhere you could place them to KO someone…

If I recall correctly it was one of the ladies who looks like Dexy Barat, or someone real close to her.
Edit: yeah, my memory failed me. She don’t look like Dexy.
My guess is that it’s one of the more freeform levels in H3. Dartmoor has you focused on the detective stuff, Dubai is all about getting to the top, and the later levels are similarly story-driven.
