Right I still did not get around fixing it, I am sorry.
Developing mods for Windows on Linux with Steam Proton is harder than I thought.
oh well, didn’t had any plans for hcce anyway.
awesome work anyhoo Urben.
Please someone confirm if this works, I might consider to make the SDK mandatory for HCCE + Hitman for ingame contract creation then.
Also I’m not sure which setting make it works,I just pick all of them… this also needs to test…
The third should be enough, the first is already done by Fiddler itself.
@Urben
I just tested HCCE contract creation with CertPinBypass and can confirm it works!
I didn’t see the same options as Quartz but this is the only thing that needs activating to make it work. I think it is just a base option in the SDK.
I can’t believe it’s been this long and the fix was literally ticking a box ![]()
Thank you @Quartz_tan for finding it!
Can anybody tell me where can I download the SDK tool from?
Or is it included in Fiddler?
Thanks for the help @magicdave94
Tagging a few user who posted here and might want to know there is a fix using the above linked SDK.
Let’s go! Well done Urben!
yo, i’ve been creeping past this thread like a damn game of peek-a-boo ever since it broke, just waiting for the moment.
finally get to use this again! super hyped. good job, guys! ![]()

Yeah I tested it for myself and it’s not just hitman or something like that, as long as fiddler is active it’s like my entire PC is offline, was there an update for fiddler itself I might’ve missed or something?
That is not normal, you could try to let Windows “repair” the connection while Fiddler is running and then do the “Reset All Certificates” again.
Yeah, that’s kinda impossible, it’s not like it appears as “No Connection”, it just does not load up anything.
I found it out by trying to load HMF while fiddler was open and it didn’t even load the site, I did some tests with it and yeah, Fiddler is the cause of it.
I think you can manually trigger the network troubleshooting somewhere.
How?
I currently don’t have any Windows machine in reach, you might also just type it into the windows menu and it gives you something to click on. “Network Reset” might help too, it did for me in the past on other issues.
I’ll try
Edit: It did nothing @Urben
