(I don’t know if this forum is abandoned, but maybe someone can help?)
Did you try what I quoted just above your post?
Yes, these errors are appearing, and the game still doesn’t have an internet connection. I also used h ttps://github.com/thepeacockproject/LocalGhost?tab=readme-ov-file#players
It did work in the past? You could try refresh the certificates.
Damn, I did it. I had to completely uninstall Fiddler and reinstall HCEE. Thanks for your tool! I hope IO will add something like this to the game someday.
(and I have another question. How to create a contract with more than 5 targets?)
The built-in way is to do kills you do not mark as targets. Hcce will then offer an option to add them as Any/Any targets to the contract. I forgot what limit I set there though.
If you want (many) more targets, you have to modify the contract jsons and publish them.
The personal.hitman.io website has been shifted to hitman.personal.ioi.dk so the mod isn’t working now. Is there any way to change the website in settings?
These addresses are hardcoded sadly. I committed a few sins when I began learning everything to make this. ![]()
I currently have no Windows setup anymore, not even the game installed so I am unsure how fast I can fix that. It may be possible if you set some kind of forwarding for the domain in Windows so the tool does not have to be modified.
I also consider to just give the code (a .NET project) to someone more active or make it open source. That alone will not fix it but maybe someone is more able to maintain HCCE than I currently, also to get the CERT unpinning working natively again.
I already asked that a few years ago in the modding Discord but nobody reacted. Do you @Notex or @MrMike know someone who would be interested? Someone at Peacock maybe?
Quite sure they spoke about the feature where you load a token from the IO Account login when you don’t have Hitman on PC.
Said token could also be inserted manually from that login site btw if you are willing to dig through the network traffic in your browser network debug (F12).
I was trying to upload my steam contract on xbox and for that you need to sign in through the browser, that thing isn’t working
I see, well that worked for me too last I used it. If you can’t get it working send me the JSON I should be able to upload it to Xbox for you.
Thanks but I recreated it manually.
Is it working for you for PS or Xbox? And do you know how to find the token from network debug?
ah it’s actually not working for me now. I see what you were saying about the changed address. Sorry! I only used it the other day and didn’t realise this was SUCH a recent change.

Do you know how to find the token from network debug?
Well since you ask for it, do this while logging in:
(I forgot to note, the relevant results are all from
https://auth.hitman.io/)
It might look a bit different depending on your browser, this is Firefox.
When you copied that value, crop a bit of it in a text editor, so in my example the copied text is
https://hitman.personal.ioi.dk/auth/callback/hitman-epic:#access_token=eyJhbGciO ...(sequence of letters, digits and few periods)... u0CZ-6A&token_type=bearer&expires_in=3598&state=a7786f ...(more to ignore)... 778e4
and the token HCCE needs is
eyJhbGciO ...(sequence of letters, digits and few periods)... u0CZ-6A
Again, note that the equality (=) in front of ey and the & at the end is not included. Note that right before the period there might be one or two = you have to include.
This is an Epic Games token, other systems might look different but still have the same pattern to look out for.
By the way it might work to let HCCE open the “wrong” site for the IO account login, then you navigate to the correct one and do the login process. HCCE possibly still gets the correct token. Please test that and tell me if it worked!
that doesn’t seem to work no, I think the manual input you described is the only way to do it.
Can confirm manual input does work for me though thanks, and I managed to skip the second step (text editor) and just copied the right part directly from the f12 bit.
