Playstation players have been treated with absolutely luxury, getting VR, a discount on the deluxe edition pre-order and a solid progress transfer system with the PS5. PC players on the other hand…

Ok, so, I´m not really surprised that we need to purchase H2 again on EGS if we wanna play the locations in H3 there, since they´re technically still separate games and will continue to be for some time I guess… (though it´s nice to know H1 will be free again in the first 10 days, and while the H2 discount is nice as well, my willingness to go along with this whole EGS exclusivity thing only extends so far…)
However, the kind of info I´m still missing is what to expect once the game comes out (as we hope it will) in a year on Steam? There´s a lot of us (I dare to say most if not all) who aim to play the trilogy on Steam as their primary platform and therefore will be purchasing H3 again there or are outright waiting for it and skipping the EGS release entirely. And seeing as the progress transfer is a one-time-only thing, that´s basically an incentive for me NOT to carry over my progress now (because I wouldn´t be able to do it on Steam afterwards if I´m understanding this, hence making my H2 progression useless there). And if so, is there a guarantee it will be possible to access unlocks associated with ETs (if there will be any) or the Trinity Pack once the game releases on Steam? I´m not worried about the “default” content, since I know that will be unlockable either way, but the time-limited/pre-order stuff at the moment. @Travis_IOI could you please shed some light on this?
I´m seeing people happy about this, but I´m personally upset about it. I would´ve been totally ok with nerfing it, but outright sacking it?? It´s one of the more unique items in the game! Why, IO?! Put it back! 
Also, 6 deluxe escalations confirmed. So one per location it seems? Hopefully the future three will come with some unlocks as well.

I know I can access the H2 ET unlocks in H3 after transferring my progress. What I wanna know is, if there will be ET unlocks in H3 this year, will I have a chance to unlock/access them in H3 on Steam?

Nah. We have own own shit news with the release timing being global instead of rolling midnight.
So let me get this straight… They’ve pulled a fast one on us PC players within days of launch, revealing we have to re-buy content we already own?

There are worse things I guess, at least I can preload it. It is just annoying because they had the rolling release last time but then again maybe the virus just mucked things up.
