Considering that thread is posted by the same person erroneously saying the game is still at 3.170.1, I wouldn’t put too much weight on that thread.
The March 2024 patch took the game to 3.180.0.
It’s more than easy to check game version and patchnotes from the one and only official source - IOI’s website, which says:

The ICA Facility escalations also count toward the Escalations - Track 1 challenge completion, and have since the start of Hitman 3. The descriptions of all the Escalations - Track 1 challenges should be updated to include the ICA Facility in the list of locations.

New York and Colorado
Cameras in the Safety Deposit area don’t count towards losing Silent Assassin (note the indicator is still green despite the PIP displaying).
Same issue exists for all cameras added in Master Mode to Colorado.
Do people play Master Mode in Colorado?
It’s bad enough to have trigger happy nuts in professional mode.
I’m half sarcastic on this question. But Colorado is bad enough.
I barely walked into the FOV of the guards by that barn last night in professional mode.
They went striaght to shooting. I didnt even get warned off it was a trespass zone like you
normally do.
Granted I’d just killed Parvati with the oil drum a moment before, but they’d all settled down by then.
GEEZUS what is Master Mode like if Professional is that bad though.
It’s one of three maps I outright refuse to play in Freelancer mode and have only like
10 missions played there ever in that mode out of >350 or so. The map is far to prone
to NPC over react.

The camera in the safe area is broken, an NPC mentions that.
Yeah. I hate that the NPCs choose outside exposed ares to vomit. The worst two in Whittletone
are that birdbath but also the wishing well in the park.
Doing one of the dumbest featured contracts I had to accident -drown one of the security guards from the graveyard in Dartmoor. He doesn’t stand close enough to the edge of the waterline by the graveyard so have to lure him to the bathroom. Placed an emeitic mine into a briefcase and tossed it at his area.
He brings it to the security area in the back near a bathroom. AS he is placing it down I pop the mine.
He gets sick, but instead of going to the bathroom a stone’s throw away he turns back toward the graveyard and pukes where I cant get him to an accident drowning. He did this 60% of the time.
in 20 tries he did it 12 times.
Correct. I am just fulfilling a promise I made at the top of my topics to post all bugs here as well. The game version listed marks the last time I could confirm the bug and/or issue existed. 
Yes, we have update 3.180 now. It takes a considerable amount of time for me to test every single entry in those topic threads so they are indeed behind.
No one is claiming the game has not received an update. It just takes a ton of time and effort to re-test and update those threads.

In Isle of Sgail, Level 1, Stronghold showroom across from the TV set, if you hide bodies in the recess area near ladder going down, in area next to the bathroom separated by walls, NPCs can see the bodies through the walls of the bathroom into the recess area (approximately the wall spanning the black and yellow exclamation points).

The Lust Assignation - Level 1 -
Major glitch. The safe doesnt always appear in the in the upstairs designated location - I have restarted the mission and the actual game numerous times - I would love to take a quick video show someone - Its Bizzare. I have been playing World of assassination for 1 year now on my insane Gaming PC without a hiccup - Runs beautifully and I am hooked. However, this one glitch is driving me insane. The safe is gone… Nowhere to be found!!! Is this a known issue?

If you try to share your PC specs, this is a very bad way to do that in a thread like this.
Either provide full specs or simply put bug report ignoring this useless line
There are 12 possible locations for the safes, with six being chosen at random to actually have one in each run. Is that what you’re (not) seeing?
