Sandbox The Vector 1.2 - Overhaul

It looks like I never gave this mod its own thread, but then again I haven’t touched it in over three years. Needless to say when someone told me Peacock plugin wasn’t working any more I went a little overboard with changes. It brings it closer to the vibe of The Vector and away from Freedom Fighters (which I had originally kept a lot of, for different reason)

Changelog
- New Navmesh (NPCs should no longer walk through objects) thanks to AtomicForce
- Restored, integrated and improved Peacock Plugin
- Mission Companion now allows for full planning screen in Online and Peacock
- Overwriting online mode with planning-less sandbox now optional (For those not using SDK/MC)
- Preserves vanilla The Vector in Peacock and Offline for those who wish
- Removes ~27 more Freedom Fighters NPCs
- Removes tall grass like vanilla The Vector, and fixes some terrain glitches
- Re-adds some props/decorations from vanilla The Vector I left out originally
- Slightly improves lighting, reduces wind
- Changes guard stash crates
- Improves some patient conversations
- Fixes broken microscope act of one NPC
- Opens up temporary shelter rooves like The Vector
- Removes most conversations that mention story targets
- Sets ‘post target death’ logic for NPCs that have it
- Removed duplicate haybale winch
- Both garage car lifts are now button presses rather than shoot-activated
- Target nearby sting will no longer play
- Fixes lighting issue from latest game update
- Removed desk from default spawn shed so you can climb back out window
