His eye bleeding is not done with an outfit variation, it’s an effect added to him.
So recently I’ve been trying to edit the signature suit’s pant in blender to make the pant a bit wider and sitting higher at 47’s belly. I’m not a modder just a regular gamer trying to mod the game, but with no clear modding documentations or tutorials i just have to blindly try out different things.
-
I’ve tried editing meshes in .PRIM file and also tried editing meshes in .glb files and then rebuild it .PRIM in RPKG tool.
-
Editing .PRIM file resulted in 47’s pant being in weird position while he’s standing still and it’s not moving with his body when he moves.
-
Editing .glb also resulted in his pant being in weird position at rest, but his pant does move with him. It’s just that it’s not connected to his feet or his upper body as it should.
-
I then tried to export the original .glb from .PRIM file in chunk0.rpkg and put it in blender then export from blender out to a folder then rebuild it to .PRIM with RPKG tool.
-
Also tried to export original .PRIM file to blender then export it out to a folder then generate RPKG from that folder.
-
Even with the untouched original .PRIM or rebuilt .glb, the pant still acted weirdly. Due to this i’m guessing the problem is cause by blender export or RPKG tool.

Have anyone ever tried to mod hitman 3 through blender? May I ask how do you guys do it correctly? I’ve reached a dead end now so any help at all is appreciated.
PRIM editing in Blender is certainly possible, but it’s very annoying. You need Blender 4.0.1 (yes, that specific version – newer blender versions cause export and import issues when rebuilding in RPKG Tool), and you need to make sure that when exporting out, you select the root of the PRIM Tree and the subsequent meshes you want to export out:
When exporting out as a glb, you need to have very specific settings:
Do yourself a favour, and save these as a preset for future use.
By the sounds of things, you’ve worked out the rest of the process.
There is also a Blender plugin that can export out a working rigged Prim, but i’ve not had much success with it.
Some limitations in both methods is the lack of cloth export (I.E, anything that uses physics, such as coats). But that’s a story for another time.
Hope this helps!
The blender addon doesn’t support exporting rigged PRIMs sadly
That explains why I didn’t have much success then!
Thanks Dribbleondo, it’s working now. You’re a live saver! 47’s now wearing high rise full cut trouser thanks to you! xD
Oh by the way, do you happen to know how to change his suit’s color or fabric?
So i was following Glacier modding Basic retexture tutorial
But when i try to deploy the mod it gave me this error. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advanced
