Yes, it’s a shame for low GDP countries. But I don’t see how it can be a bug, it has to be someone who made the decision. Mainly because it has happened in the past and digital distributors are aware of this regional abuse issue.

I pre-ordered standart edition. I originally wanted Deluxe, but that jacked-up price is seriously decieving. I’m dissapointed in IOI’s behavuíour, but what can I do - besides, if those promoted new missions, they promised in one article, are about as same quality as Special Assigments, I won’t even buy uprgrade tbh.

I assume it’s the publisher’s fault, so in this case, it’s IO Interactive as they are both the developer and publisher. It’s just a supposition, but I don’t think it’s a bug.

Doesn’t really matter whos fault it is does it? If people feel cheated by the sudden increase in price, or think the few additional digital goods are not worth the more of money, that’s how it is.

Hasn’t the deluxe edition always been £74.99 on PS store?
I got it when it first dropped on the store for £67.49 but that was a one off sale I think.
I preordered the Digital Deluxe Edition a few days ago when it was on sale on PSN for 10% off. I feel really good about it and really liking the preorder bonuses…three awesome suits with three awesome weapon skins and three awesome briefcase skins. I feel like the preorder suits are a lot more awesome than the Deluxe suits which seems a bit backwards but not a major complaint…all is great.

Question regarding preorders on the Epic Games Store:
Do I have to share my e-mail address with IO when submitting my order or is that only for optional / promotional stuff? I assume linking our IO-Interactive account with Epic Games takes place in-game?
It’s entirely up to a customer whether to tick that option or no.
I made a successful purchase with it ticked and without, so I think it doesn’t matter at all.
As for interacting with IOI, it’s all happens within the game(s) and IOI Account, I believe

Yes…amazing suits all around although in my opinion the preorder suits look better than the deluxe suits.

I’m confused. In Australia the game on the ps4 seems to release on the 21st instead of the 20th. Is that right?

The PS4 timer is busted. Every time zone is counting down to the exact same time, rather than midnight local time for some reason.
Oddly, the timer on the same account on a PS5 will countdown to midnight local time.
Do we know the exact release time already? I think no.
But I presume it will be around 13-15 UTC.
Make it count
Consoles always have games unlock at midnight local time on the release date, but the timer for H3 has gone a bit screwy at some point over the last few weeks. The PS4 timer is counting down to a specific time worldwide, so those in NZ/AU won’t actually see their digital pre-order unlock until a day after the release date.
If it’s not fixed, it’d be quicker to go out and buy a disc on the 20th to play the game.
