Unable to access Season One as it says I haven’t got GOTY. When I go to the Microsoft Store it tells me I have already bought it.

Platform: PS4 Disc
Description : Unable to go online with “Failed to fetch online resources” error message.
Steps to reproduce: Tries to connect, authenticates then is unable to connect. Tried multiple installs, multiple ps4 accounts on same ps4, tried power cycling, restoring licences, deleting all hitman 1/2/3 save and game data. Same error both before and after hitman 2 save transfer.
Frequency : Haven’t been able to connect since launch

To add to my previous issue report, here’s a screenshot of what I see when I open up Dubai. Only one escalation, the deluxe one. There’s supposed to be two I believe.

Description: Unable to connect, shows message everytime: Unable to connect to the HITMAN service. Failed to fetch online resources from the HITMAN server. For more information, contact HITMAN support.
Steps to reproduce:
- After pressing X button, shows message ‘CONNECTING’.
- Changes to ‘AUTHENTICATING’ seconds later.
- ‘CONNECTION FAILED’ message pops up.
Frequency: All the time, since release.
Add:
-Tried to connect before and after server maintainence, no luck.
-H1 and H2 run perfectly with no network issue.
Update:
-Checked with my friend, he’s able to play H3 online. We have same platform (PS4 pro) and ISP.

Platform: Xbox Series X, Digital, and using ethernet with >750mbs up
Location: Everywhere including menus
Description: Disconnected from servers, network error. Only happening on Hitman 3, restarting internet and console does nothing. Also note this has been happening since game launch.
Frequency: every ~30 seconds I am disconnected

Description : Even as Admin, Hitman 3 will not launch from the Epic Launcher or the desktop shortcut. It only show the “play, options, or quit” menu. Clicking play causes the box to disappear and the return to Epic Launcher. Game never loads.
Steps to reproduce:- Launch hitman 3 from desktop shortcut or Epic Games Launcher. Game will not load or even give an error message but will return to epic game launcher.
Frequency : - It always happens. I played the game launch days, the next day, it started doing this problem.
Attach - After the game fails to load through the Epic Games launcher or through desktop, windows creates an error report detailing exactly whats causing the problem. I’ll show you what it says. I know what it says but not how to fix it. Here goes…

Forum members, I have found a fix for my own Hitman 3 problem, many of you probably were experiencing also. Everytime I launched the game from Desktop or Epic Game launcher, the game would not load and would send me back to the Epic Launcher. I looked in the Windows Error Reporting and it turns out, a file that belongs to nvidia drivers for the month of January,…was the problem that was failing with the game. So what I did, was went to Nvidias website and went way back to December, and downloaded the drivers for December only. And did a clean installation, removing any previous profiles. And Abrakadabra! Went I try to start Hitman 3 now,…IT WORKS! It actually works! If you are having similar problems as I did, try installing the drivers from Nvidia in December. And it should fix that that file causing a problem.

Still can’t connect to the godddamn PS4 servers. Hasn’t been able to even once. Don’t know what is going on?

Platform: Xbox One X - digital
Description : All Xbox One versions do not have a framerate unlock or performance/quality mode option! While all PS4 editions do seem to have it?
There is no option to choose performance mode under graphics on Xbox. And therefore the framerate is locked to 30fps, even on Xbox One X. Which is more powerful than the PS4 Pro, and that console does have the option.
Can someone from IOI please give some info about this? Is this a bug or a feature? Will it be added or not?
I can’t access Hitman 2 maps in Hitman 3. I am on Xbox One. I have the access pass for Hitman 2 installed and the game itself installed too. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Hitman 2 access pass and that didn’t work. I tried restarting my console, that didn’t work either. I did have access to it at one point but now Hitman 3 seems to think Hitman 2 is not installed when it is. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hitman 3 Deluxe Edition digital (pre-ordered)
Description : Every time I try to start Hitman 3, the game tries to connect to the server but then throws up the ‘connection failed’ screen. I get ‘failed to fetch configuration’ which is different from the ‘fetch profile’ and ‘online resources’ warnings other people have been getting.
Also, I do not have the artbook or ost in my IOI account. In addition to this, Hitman 3 is not listed in the linked account section of my IOI account, but my guess is because I haven’t been able to connect to H3 servers.
Steps to reproduce:
1. After pressing X button, shows message ‘CONNECTING’.

I think this issue is most likely limited to a few people who carried their profiles over on launch day when the carryover site was having problems with heavy user traffic

Yo dude, try accessing the Microsoft Store via this page https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/p/hitman-3-access-pass-hitman-1-goty-edition/9mzxdjdq1f19?wa=wsignin1.0 and logging in. You should have an option to install to devices. Click that and follow instructions, it works for me, I can now access season 1.
Platform: Digital Version, PC. Epic Games
Description : The first day I got it after the fix to the servers I did the carryover process. (Carryover for me included both Hitman 2 & GOTY Edition DLC for hitman 2 on steam.) The next day it did it’s first day patch then made me choose either cloud or machine I chose machine and when I logged on. I couldn’t access the Hitman 2 maps.
Steps to reproduce: (Unconfirmed.) Finish the carryover process with Hitman 2, then download first day patch, finally choose machine download.
Frequency : It only happened once and hasn’t gone back to normal since.

Locations from previous games are not included in carryover process.
You have to be eligible to get them.
HITMAN 2016 locations are given away for free immediately to those who prepurchased HITMAN 3, or purchased it within first 10 days after HITMAN 3 release. If you have free copy of HITMAN 2016 on Epic that been given away in August’20, you can get those locations in HITMAN 3 at any time.
HITMAN 2 is not present on Epic Store and that’s gonna be the issue with HITMAN 2 locations on Epic within HITMAN 3.
However developers promise to give those locations for free as well to the owners of HITMAN 2 on Steam, but it will take unknown amount of time for them to sort things out.
But if you don’t want to wait, you can aquire those locations immediately by purchasing HITMAN 2 Access Pass with 80% off during first 14 days of HITMAN 3 release
I see, yet even though the GOTY Upgrade, and Hitman 1 Complete First Season are disabled I can still play Hitman 1 in Hitman 3, or is that just because Add-On’s in the Epic Games store disable once downloaded? Forgive me, I didn’t use the Epic Games store until Hitman 3 released.
