HITMAN 3 - Technical Support

Description : Track 1, Tier 4 and 5 are bugged for featured contracts.

Steps to reproduce: Pull up a featured contract and look for Challenges, Tier 1.

Frequency: has happened since launch and moving everything from my H2 account.

As you can see in the images below, there is a bug with Tier 1 Track 5, it is stuck at the amazing number of 31/25. It has awarded me, from the outset, with Tier 1 Track 4’s reward, despite only doing 15 of these contracts so far.
Tier 6 and 7 (attached as well) show the correct number of contracts completed.

Please help.

Description: I pre-ordered the PS4 Disc version of Hitman 3 on January 19th from Amazon, but I never received a code for the Trinity Pack. After many chat sessions with Amazon, amounting to nothing, they told me to contact IOI directly. I have attempted to send emails to the email addresses on both the main site, as well as on the support site, but have yet to receive a reply.

Please tell me what I need to do in order to get a code for the Trinity Pack. Thank you,

Any news on how to get the trinity pack still don’t have it and I had preorderd the game?

Description : I bought the HITMAN 2 expansion for HITMAN 3 through Epic Games but am not able to play the HITMAN 2 campaign in HITMAN 3.

Steps to reproduce: Download the game while owning the HITMAN 2 Expansion

Frequency : ALWAYS (Even upon reinstalling)

Unfortunately, the Hitman 2 Expansion Access Pass only gives you the Expansion content to Hitman 2 (New York and Haven, most notably), not the base Hitman 2 game itself.

In order to get Hawke’s Bay through Sgail, you need to buy the Hitman 2 Access Pass.

You just post it and hope someone gets back to you or another player gets back to you or they fix it in a update I guess I had 3 issues up here for a couple days

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go online.
  2. Start the mission.
  3. Finish the mission or load/restart in the mission.
  4. Disconnected.

I just completed the elusive target in sapienza and was able to unlock the terminus suit however the italian suit with gloves did not unlock. I check under challenges and it shows up as unlocked but when I go to suit selection it is not available.

I have issues with 2 challenges related to featured contracts:

Platform: PC EPC

Featured Contracts - Track 1 Tier 5: After the progression carryover, the progress on this challenge was 25/25, but the challenge wasn’t marked as completed and I didn’t get the suit unlock. After completing my first relevant contract, the challenge now sits at 26/25. I do not have the suit unlock in my inventory.

Featured Contracts - Track 1 Tier 3: This challenge was already marked completed after the progression carryover. However, I don’t have the reward (Red-Tie Kiwi) in my inventory and therefore no way to unlock the item. The same goes for Track 1 Tier 4, however in this case I already had the item unlocked in Hitman 2, so no problem.

    launcher but when I start the game still say that I need access.

I have discovered all Mendoza areas and got the challenge but the trophy hasn’t popped. This is very worrying and I do not want to replay the story for a third time just to get the Platinum.

Description: When I try to start the game I get an error code: LS-0013 and don’t know what to do

Frequency: It always comes

I’ve re-installed and it still won’t connect to the server. I’ve made sure that the dynamic resources file is attached to the Epic and Hitman3 apps, but it still displays this message. Any suggestions?
