Oh, don’t get me wrong. I will wear the hat and it will be my new default outfit… but it’s also the one starting disguise that I do not currently have unlocked that I could have unlocked. I can’t go back in time and get whatever that suit from Hitman 1 was and I wasn’t playing Hitman at the time it was available, but the Elusive Target unlock for Colorado is the one that I could have earned but failed to do - stupid bookkeeper…

I’m desperate for the hat as well!
I’ve been playing since 2018, when the last few elusive targets were running for Hitman 2, but I didn’t realise how much I was gonna want those suits at the time. So I’ve been greedily gathering up all the ET suits this year, being unashamedly cheap to give myself the best shot at those fine fine threads. I’ve only failed the Bookkeeper as well. In our defence, he’s pretty freaking hard/confusing, with his sixth sense for danger - it’s like playing Haven Island, pre-patch!

I just noticed the ETA logo there is different? That’s like the abstergo logo from the Assassin’s Creed games lol
Supposed to be a shattered triangle, or something to that effect.

I had him. On my list of Elusive Target challenges, I even have the Bookkeeper marked as killed. I just got caught leaving the level and didn’t complete the level so no suit.

August 4 Elusive Target Arcade
On August 4th a new Elusive Target Arcade will arrive, but this time it’s a bit different. We’ve mixed things up a bit to give more variety to the Elusive Target Arcade formula moving forward. Players will now see a mix of various Elusive Targets from all 3 games in each batch – meaning, one batch will contain 1 Elusive Target from each HITMAN game. We’re now able to pick and choose from the full roster of available Elusive Targets to create more variety and themes.
On August 4th players will be able to play The Dyads and the Diabolicals Elusive Target Arcades.
The Dyads Arcade will consist of the duos: The Deceivers, The Procurers and The Surgeons. In The Diabolicals you’ll take on The Serial Killer, The Heartbreaker and Mr. Giggles aka The Entertainer.
If you don’t own HITMAN 1 or HITMAN 2 don’t worry, you can play all targets in the new Arcades just by owning HITMAN 3.
When you complete one of the two new Arcades you’ll unlock: The Ruby Rude Track Suit. Get comfortable in this urban, pink and black patterned track suit, with state-of-the-art white sneakers to match. Perfect for that casual hit.
August 5 Elusive Target: The Procurers (Year 2 Edition)
Dinner is served! The Procurers are back in Dartmoor with their luxurious cuisine. Your two targets are Jack Roe and Robert Burk, they travel the world as the iconic duo The Procurers. They each have unique talents; one is a famous chef behind some of the world’s most innovative cuisine. The other is an embalmer.
Together, they’ve forged an unusual bond and made some powerful enemies. That’s where you come in. From August 5, you’ll have 10 days to make sure they serve their last supper. Bon Appetit.
August 11 The Dartmoor Garden Show + The Floral Baller
We’ve added a new challenge with a beautiful new unlock on the Dartmoor Garden Show. And it’s one the florist will envy you for. Come prepared to the Garden Show, with this beautifully floral decorated, silenced handgun. If death was on show, this would surely be the winner. An abandoned apricot farm in Colorado is your next destination on our free location rotation. HITMAN 3 owners and Free Starter Pack players can enjoy this location for 10 days, starting on August 11.
August 12 Elusive Target: The Ex-Dictator (Year 2 Edition)
Richard Ekwensi and his wife are back in Bangkok starting August 12 for 10 days. Ekwensi better know as known as the Ex-Dictator and his wife Ines aka “The Gold Digger” are at the Himmapan Hotel in Bangkok, they’re enjoying a casual stay at the hotel conducting some shady meetings with former partners. They’ll not expect you, so use this to your advantage and take them off guard.
August 19 Elusive Target: The Chameleon (Year 2 Edition)
It’s time to find your best “oops that wasn’t me“ skills – because you’re going to need them for this Elusive Target. The Chameleon is back in Colorado, where you’ll need to identify him and make sure the entire thing looks like an accident.
He’s deep in hostile territory, so be prepared.

How to get your Contract Featured: It can be based on a super creative briefing, a cool idea or just a plain fun contract. But bear in mind: They have to be inspired by the theme Flower Power to be taken into consideration.

I don’t get the whole Rude Ruby thing, but I generally like the items because of all the purple. So I really like this suit.
I loaded up the Garden Show just to have a beautiful sunny place to wear my new tacky track suit, and went on a kill all guards spree, and noticed that the ladder leading up to the balcony was now dropped! When did that happen??

The Chameleon
The guard just sitting around upstairs playing video games is finally able to enjoy his time off because his uh… drill sergeant is busy with protecting “The Chameleon” and can’t be bothered with checking on subordinates every few minutes.

If I had to guess, I’d say IOI didn’t have any “thing” going with it at first, but just dropped that first pistol down in Whittleton Creek and made it an unlock, then realized that it stood out and decided to make a whole theme on it for the next game, hence all the Rude Ruby items releasing since H3 released.

You’re pretty good. Just what I’d expect from the man who references Metal Gear occasionally 
Hope we get more engraved weapons like this to help tie a balance with the more out-there reskins (like the Ruby-Rude or even the red dragon rifle).

Personally, I am not the biggest fan of ETs, in a game all about replayability, having such a limited window to eliminate a target feels like shit, so seeing that this this roadmap is basically this is a huge bummer:
- Aug 4th : ETA
- Aug 5th - 15th : H3 ET
- Aug 12th - 22nd : H1 ET
- Aug 19th - 29th : H1 ET
- Aug 23rd : FCs
Personally I really like FCs, and last 2 batches were really good, sad that we are getting these so rarely.
