Hitman XML Files

Hi, I’ve been lurking on this forum for a bit and found some very helpful threads and wanted to contribute my own! I’ve been working to extract the dialogue scripts for the classic Hitman Games, which are pretty tough to find online in general, especially with the .LOG format needing to be converted to .XML to be readable for all but Codename 47, and wanted to drop the archive to it here for anyone who wanted to read the full scripts for Codename 47, Silent Assassin, Contracts, and Blood Money (I would love to figure out how to get this working for Absolution, given the 2000 pages of AI dialogue written and not really any documentation of it online, if anyone has any tips on how to get those files extracted, please let me know!). There is a lot of interesting dialogue that was either cut or many players don’t run into and is really interesting to read. I kept the file name scheme the same (for all games but Codename, as that file is already an .XML file) as the .LOC files in the game) and followed eydontactdumb’s really thoroughly written tutorial (Silent Assassin 2 NPC Conversation in Foreign Launguages - #12 by eydontactdumb) on here for Silent Assassin (to convert the files from LOC to XML) and using LocTools. Please forgive any formatting issues, as this is my first post on here!

Here are the files (taken from the PC versions of each game): Hitman XML Files ( Codename 47, Silent Assassin, Contracts, Blood Money) : IO Interactive : Free Download, Borrow, and Streaming : Internet Archive

I do also want to note that if you receive a parsing error on any of the lines, you can push Ctrl + U to show it anyways (the formatting is not as neat this way, although I am not sure if that issue is also there if you aren’t viewing it via Firefox). I think there were small issues with the program I used to translate it, as some characters got a bit messed up or some may have gotten left behind. I noticed it the most with Blood Money, so just wanted to add this if anyone ran into that issue.
