IO ought to provide its own service availability portal

Dear IO Interactive,

While we have had the wonderful fortune of Hardware creating and MrMike recently adopting the hitmanstats.us site with its detailed service availability, including maintenance status, IO Interactive ought to provide such a portal.

“World of Assassination” requires Internet connection to IO services.

It is not a check-in at start or end of session for anti-piracy purposes, but to save progress, provide content, etc.

“World of Assassination” is a “live service game”.

As the game series has aged and support resources decreased, advance warning of downtime for maintenance and updates has decreased, and when there are service outages, as customers, we do not know where it is occurring; is it IO, Azure (yes, Hardware added an Azure portal into his design), a combination or something / somewhere else?
When downtime is unexpected (not due to game update), there is no acknowledgement by IO that such an event is occurring or occurred but resolved.

IO, please consider this recommendation for your future games that are “live service”, “require Internet connection” or both.

Respectfully,
A long-time customer and fan of your games.

PS: Please do not dilute this thread with alternative methods such as Peacock.
