Obviously “something special” means them surprise releasing Hitman: Contracts 2, a game with half new awesome levels, where it’s 100% certain we will get the airport and cruise ship levels they owe us, and half remakes of all the best levels from past games like a Traditions of the trade remake. Also all the ET’s will be permanent. Also the ninja suit will be unlocked. Also all sniper rifles have wall bang and Lucas Grey is alive and you can use him in co-op to play the sarajevo six.

Don’t forget that they will also be making all objectives both mandatory and optional simultaneously, adding toggles for every possible graphical object in the game, allowing full customization for all lighting from total black to total white, removing instinct from the game completely while also adding in enhanced instinct modes, recreating the maps for Master mode so they’re completely different from the lame casual mode versions, and replacing all reskins with completely new objects with full animations.

Its going to be awesome! The only drawback is it will be double always online now, where you have to have 2 internet connections at all time.

Victoria will be back as playable character, finally allowing you to play as a female hitman. They also added tons of new disguises and opportunities for her, making the game a completely different experience.
The main villains are the Mystery Man, Jin Po and Birdie who have teamed-up to bring down 47 once and for all.
During the game you will visit the Ether HQ in Johannesburg, the Arc Society complex in Greenland, Khandanyang and the asylum.

I would like it. I would prefer 47 remaster over any other game in the franchise, to be honest, you would have my vote on that definitely.
Tho, if they make a remaster, I wouldnt mind a series of remaster for also 2, Contracts, Blood Money, all with the same HUD, gameplay benefits and modern features. All in one launcher! And the main menu would look like this: (Without the CD cover typical age restriction and such of course)

They could have the roadmaps released mid month and feature the first half of the next month, and start that as the format. Because what’s the point of a monthly roadmap where most of the contents are basically April stuff?

You could always have bought the Deluxe content separately. You wouldn’t miss out if you bought it later.

Im happy i bought deluxe because the roadmaps would feel pretty light without the deluxe content.
I know not every month can be a banger content wise, but it definitely should be.

On the one hand, if the deluxe content didn’t slot into the roadmaps pretty quickly, we’d get deluxe owners (myself included, more than likely) complaining about lack of content. Heck, there are already conversations about whether the deluxe edition was worth it. If there was nothing but deluxe content, you’d get the opposite - standard edition owners complaining about lack of content.
As is, they probably should have had the deluxe content ready to go on launch day and only added non-deluxe content month to month, but since they didn’t do that, they’re probably doing the best they really can in adding content for both standard and deluxe editions each month so far. We’ll see what happens in April when all of the deluxe content has (theoretically) been released. Hopefully they’ll continue with the rough cadence of a few featured contract sets, an elusive target, and an escalation or two.
