That’s a good point, although she was in less direct danger there. If the wind had shifted ever so slightly…
I still say it was partly the damage flash and partly an internal freakout that she was touching him.

I can’t seem to figure out the code for the safe in Don’s basement. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Tip: go upstairs in the villa and take a look on the calendar. Big hint on it.
Solution: 2006 - crystal wedding is 15 years, subtract it from the current year
Ahh, I didn’t know what crystal anniversary meant. I originally tried 0404 as the calendar showed April 4th. Thanks for the help.
Try the asado kill, everyone. Don Yates is far too classy to host a self-service buffet, which means one thing…
IOI must be laughing at us!
Finally got the Chameleon challenge after realizing that one disguise is “band member”.
I was sort of disappointed to find out you couldn’t blend as part of the band afterwards.
And have to watch as Diana tangos with someone else? That clearly doesn’t sit right with him…
That’s what I initially tried too, 0404.
I was kinda disappointed to find out that the band in Mendoza isn’t the same as the band in Santa Fortuna, after they finally hit it big and embarked on a continental tour.
She was rather disturbed when I eliminated Vidal with the crusher, but that may have been because it resulted in my getting shot at almost immediately.
One of these (don’t remember which one) talks about being Kronstadt new CEO and being in the “family”. I hoped she was a Knox, but she isn’t.
By “family” she almost assuredly means Providence.
She talks about how pissed she was that the Kronstadt board tried to bring in an outsider because the President and his family are all dead. It apparently was a bloody struggle to get into position as CEO.
So, I haven’t finished the mission yet, just completed the Eyes on Target mission story, so please no spoilers the mission ending cutscene please. But I was wondering, for the ‘get rid of bodyguards’ part of the mission story, can you kill them or will that void your silent assassin? I knocked them all out but I was wondering in general.
Unless there’s something telling you otherwise, killing a non-target will always void silent assassin.
That’s what I thought, I was just wondering since they were placed in so many tempting locations for accident kills.
Also, I have to say that I love Diana’s pathing and AI for the mission. She came up behind me in a room, saw me straight out chuck a bottle of wine at a poor waiter’s head (I tried to place it but it didn’t work so I got frustrated, don’t judge me), and just waited there for me to put him away in a closet before moving on in her routine.
One small thing I’m not a fan of on this level, and I’m not sure whether it’s a bug or an intended feature, but dropping or placing the lit torch while disguised as a Chef is deemed to be an illegal action - I got busted after lighting the fire. Not sure whether this is illegal in a guard disguise, but it seems a little unfair to open up on a Chef who did his job and lit the cooking fire just because he didn’t want to carry a lit torch round with him for the rest of the day!
I’m glad they didn’t do this because it would’ve made the world feel unnecessarily smaller and connected
True, but at the same time I was almost expecting it given IOI’s propensity for bringing back minor characters (the Hippie, Dexy/Heidi, Salman Al-Ghazali, Jason Portman, etc.)
We got Dexy and Heidi AND Helmut all in that one level. I’m glad that Portman didn’t show up - he’s waaay to unstable to be a part of a conspiracy like Providence.
