What’s weird is the reason why it’s bugged like that is that for some reason instead of saving that you’ve played the level before like in Colorado it just has you skip stuff with future locations.
What I mean is after you finish it once the pre-playthrough briefing menu should list your targets instead of just “Approach Diana”. Like how I’m sure Apex Predator and Colorado don’t have to keep their first time mission objectives when you look at the menu.
Thanks for the answer! I will test it to attract Yates to the micro and kill him with a sniper shot suit only from the mansion’s attic.
…Diana teleports to her exit as soon as you finish the mission…
This is insane, and will be my go-to SASO tactic from now on. Damn…
Wait… how did you electrocute Yates without electrocuting any of the other workers? Did you take them all out beforehand?
In that opportunity, yates will end up being the only one on the floor
What was in the briefcase that caused the elctrocution?
Fantastic work, Agent!
Ohh. I did that opportunity, and I guess I must have thought he’d ended his speech with the workers and was turning to leave, so I panicked and shocked them all. Damn patience.
Think I’ve found a new glitch you’re going to like, Chaos
I stached a taser in the briefcase
The most reliable way to deal with Vidal suit only without any effort at all seems to be:-
- Follow her and Diana until they wait by the railing at which point you can hide in and pull one of her guards into the bush once he has stood with his back to it
- Go into the double doors behind the bar near the Asado pit and pick up the bottle nearby
- Use the bottle to ko the other bodyguard as he follows Diana and Vidal in and hide his body. You can subdue him but Vidal hears this if he is too close to her but doesn’t hear the bottle KO
- Now just hide until Vidal and Diana return up the stairs and wire her
That shouldn’t affect you if you take out Vidal quickly enough.
Ye true but the bottle is right there anyway and I THINK if she freaks out by catching you mid choke it causes the nearby waiter to turn around unless I’m mistaken.
The annoying thing about this particular guard is he is a random distance behind them each time you play the level so sometimes he is far enough for the choke not to be heard but others he’s very close.
If you bring the sieker you can hide in the bush, use it on both her guards and then either lure her or push her over the edge
Sounds good owen. I’m more of a default gear only player though to be honest as sad as that sounds. I too push her off that ledge though sometimes ha. The spot where she talks to Diana smoking near the railing is unwatched except for 1 girl in a pink dress who comes back and forward to smoke too.
I understand that, some gear can make things abit easier so it’s good for a challenge even taking no gear, there’s many ways to play!
The snipers, it turns out, cannot see inside Yates’ bedroom. From their perspective there are curtains and from 47 and Diana’s perspective there’s a room divider. It was driving me nuts wondering why we weren’t suddenly a lot more ventilated after killing their boss lol
Can I just mention that when I first played Dartmoor, I was pretty dissapointed that there wasn’t a stereotypical mansion Wine Cellar in a basement (or even a basement at all). But lo and behold, Mendoza more than made up for that omission since the level is all about a winemaking facility and cellar.
(Not that I really care about wine, but it was a nice switcheroo I didn’t expect)
