Ye true. I like to play naturally and take my time following them around and picking off the bodyguards but it does take a while if you want a more speedrun style. She is definitely my least favourite target in the game.

Itās good isnāt it ha. Sounds weird maybe but I actually really like finding the regular, or what seem to be āintendedā kill opportunities in the game by following targets around for a while compared to throwing coins and dropping guns etc.
Plus Iām not a fan of dressing up like a Gaucho to snipe her, letting Yates kill her for me or picking grapes to get her on the tour

yeah, itās frustrating having to do that without anything in-game telling you to do so (apart from the guidance). otherwise itād be my favourite mendoza mission story. hope they change it.

Just completed 2 mission stories - killed each target using the opportunity and was an accident kill. Very disappointed to find the kills did not unlock an assassination challenge.
I like to make the SASO runs on my channel flow. Iāve found a good method for Don which I do first. But I canāt find a good one for Vidal. Thereās the security office method but like someone said earlier, that takes 15+ minutes. Any ideas?
One other thing: how do you trigger the herald meeting SO?

Iāve literally been having the same issues for a day now, and Iāve found a few strategies that might help (depending on what you want to do)
I donāt believe you can, as you need the tour to take place, which requires you dressing up as a field worker (even to place the grapes on the table, which sucks imo)

I thought just putting the bottle on the meeting table triggers it. And are you sure you canāt place the grapes SO?

Thereās a very cheap method to kill Vidal with a propane flask in under 2 minutes when sheās alone and checking in at the reception desk.

Okay so 4 ways how to SASO Vidal (that doesnāt require waiting for ages) that Iāve found
-
Cause a Target Lockdown and sheāll run to the security office. However, 0-3 guards go with her + Diana so it can be a little tricky to get her there (can be worked around tho)

Wait for her and Diana to have a chat by the balcony of the food area, overlooking the grape fields. This happens ~5 minutes into the run. You can hide in one of the circular bush areas and lure and grab subdue Vidalās 2 guards. Then after that sheāll investigate lures herself and you can grab and kill her

You can talk to Diana 3 times and Vidal will release who you are and go down to the cinema with you. You can eliminate her there. Mind you this can take a little time (tad boring imo)

Grab a torch from Yatesā house and light the firepit. Then the serve a steak Vidal will eat. With a well time distraction you can sneak in a poison and get Vidal that way
Unfortunately the only easy way to manipulate Vidalās route is activating the vineyard tour, but she walks straight there and there isnāt much room to eliminate her 
not a fan of Vidal as a target tbh, sheās public far too often and you canāt manipulate her route too much

Iām also wondering about some public accident kills with vidal like dropping a pot or electrocution

You can trigger Vidal going to the tour start, but the tour guide wonāt start the tour without you delivering the grapes. And Iām fairly confident you canāt do that SO 
Also getting the tour finished and Vidal up to the basement aināt quick either

I feel that the NPCs in this game have been made rather more human in their reactions. I noticed this in Mendoza when a Llosa brother unintentionally got killed when I used Napoleon to light the asado pit. The surviving brother (who had only been KOād by the explosion), promptly took himself off to a storage room, sank to the floor, head in his hands, and just sat there, occasionally making little whimpering noises.

At that point I wish there was a falling object kill you could do on Vidal while she waits for the tour
Tamara Vidal looks to be the Zoe Washington of Hitman 3. Super cool kills and cool visual design but hard to take out quickly or suit only because of her public route.
Not a fan.
Probably my least favorite target besides Edwards and Hush.
Mendoza is still #1 or #2 in my Hitman 3 rankings.

You donāt need to have the tour complete to start it. Just sneak into the Barrel Room and eavesdrop on a waiter. Then you can steal the Paladin and sneakily put it on the table upstairs. (unfortunately to get it on the table, I had to cause a distraction to evacuate everyone from the room.
Then, to get the meeting to actually start (where Yates does his speech) you need to stand behind and to the right of him in the cellar room. Then, it occurs. Itās a bit tricky to do it SO, but I managed.
I donāt think thereās a way to trigger the Tour SuitOnly, as you need to either meet with Diana and Vidal as Corvo Black or tell Corvo Black to go downstairs as a guard.
