I hope it’s not too big, That’s getting really old. This formula of high end event with lots of tents, electronics, PA systems, obligatory underground tunnel, lab and a mansion is getting stale. Doors open, someone gives speech, and crowd mingles, blah. That’s why Whittleton was a nice change of pace. Just my opinion.

Looks gorgeous.

47chars please

Grey. Is. Dead.

My own wishful thinking/prediction not a real spoiler.

will we finally have a mission without THATs?)

or is it gonna be “THAT is me, Diana Burnwood. the handler of the legendary assassin 47. quite a resume”

Maybe this one, since Diana is in the field.

Didn’t something like this happen in BLOOD MONEY? We got a different handler with little to no explanation?

no. that was agent smith in the last level and the explanation was there but i don’t remember it now

It was a job after the ICA “Shut down” that’s why it was Agent Smith. Amendment XXV was sanctioned by the CIA not ICA

IIRC Diana sends you to Vegas for the heaven and hell mission but knows or hints that it’s a trap. The franchise is coming after the agency. You finish the mission by 47 escaping in a shitty chi-mo van that is parked in the garage. The cutscene shows that Smith was waiting in the van for you to finish the mission and he tells you he needs help to save America by killing the sitting Vice President. You get Diana back after the mission is over.

yeah, i remember that. but why the hell was smith in that van?

Because Smith read all the newspapers at the end of the mission and figured out the plot of the game.

I always assumed in game he figures it out and I guess he had the ICA tell him where 47 is.

BC he needed 47s help and (because he was watching my 47) he knew 47 would use the van to escape. Rather than help 47 with the mission he just waited for him to be done.

Or maybe he wasn’t watching him, but he’s a CIA agent who knows who 47 is. He did what whatever spies do to get the info he needed.

Mendoza reminds me of Dantooine from Kotor, and it looks fantastic!
