I just found it hilarious how even though Yates is an asshole who just want to gain power, he’s actually right that Diana is a threat to Providence.
This is defentily my favorite locations form Hitman 3!
This level was absolutely gorgeous, but putting the story elements aside, I feel like the way the map was designed (in terms of lay out and kill opportunities) makes it feel more like a level that would come earlier in the game like Sapienza or Santa Fortuna, instead of basically the last regular mission in the franchise, especially with levels like Berlin and Caparthian Mountains shaking up the status quo. That aside, its still probably one of my favourite missions as a complete package.
I can’t wait to see 50 billion Kill Diana contracts though
I tried to be the first, but it seems that IO has made it impossible to mark Diana as a target. It also seems to insta fail any contract if you kill her
My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
Though wasn’t the Constant like that when Hitman 2 initially released? I remember game bugging out when I tried to make a contract with him shortly after release, maybe Diana will be similar?
I really enjoyed having Diana be an NPC in the game for the first time. Her conversations with Tobias Rieper were quite amusing, and that Tango dance at the end - fantastic!
i remember the realization when i killed both targets that we were about to tango with Diana.
i actually had the biggest smile on my face when the tango music started to come in, and you realize Diana is walking towards the dance floor with the exit icon above it
I loved this so much aswell. The whole game really, really feels like a nice ending to it.
Also, you have been right. Hitman 2 is super optimised, having on Hitman 2 maps around 30 fps more with the same settings. Only Mendoza, the Hitman 3 map, struggls to stay at 60, when at the starting location overlooking it all. On the other side, I might know why it runs so well now: They turned down a few things, I shared them in the bug thread.
The first time I played through Mendoza I wasn’t too impressed, but now I just did the mission story that begins with the tour and ends with Diana stabbing yates and I cannot stress how much I’ve changed my stance.
This map is spectacular
Mendoza lags so much, probably because of all the foliage. but i do hope its a bug and can be fixed because it kind of detracts from my experience in such a great map
This is my favourite mission throughout the whole trilogy the deaths are amazing and theirs so much to do this will become a classic mission for me I’m sure
Classic sandbox with well developed kills
Nice break from more unique missions which were the rest of the game.
It’s a bit early to mention this - but is there any way to trigger the Providence meeting without first doing the winery tour? I was counting on that to get rid of Yates, but ended up panicking that man who goes on the tour too, which ended it prematurely.
I am more concerned about the dead bodies behind you. What the fuck happened?
You could say he… snapped.
I just went on a shootout testing out things.
Perhaps this is the detail Allan wanted to add for so long? A lame pun?
So I just noticed that the second suit entry is kinda useless as you don’t have the invitation from Diana so you can’t get in through the front enterence.
“So how do you like Argentina?”
“Like everywhere else. Full of Americans.”
lol
