Why is the Fusil X2000 Stealth still in the game? Either turn it into a unique suppressed version of the Fusil, or just remove it!
Several wrong names (a woman in Miami is named “Eddie Brock”), people trespassing and nothing happens.
That + touching anyone after they got sedated or killed in an accident.
Leave them lying: Everything’s fine, guards say “Uhh, looks like an accident or something”, and then either wake up the sedated NPC or bag the dead body.
Move them just one inch: “I FOUND A BODY, EVERYBODY FOCUS, ANYONE COULD BE THE PERP! HEY YOU, BALD GUY! DID YOU DO THIS!? I’VE GOT A VISUAL ON THE SUSPECT!”
The Absolution suit’s description:
“A custom tailored suit with a scarlet tie and tie-pin carrying the ICA logo. French cuff shirt.”
That’s not the ICA logo.
Hardcore Freelancer:
Diana: “I’m pulling the plug on the campaign, 47. The pistol you used to assassinate the syndicate leader is not considered “epic” enough to regard the mission as a success”
“I’m also taking away all of your money, and your ducks.”
Most blend-in points require you to be disguised as (who/whatever) to have that option. So, unless you can ‘blend in’ to paint without the artist’s disguise… Well, Rangan would have to be present in the room doing that routine. If you were not disguised as the artist then it shouldn’t even work.
So maybe it’s an oversight in the steps required, but the player should be able to figure it out.
A power cord was an item in Absolution too, but who knows maybe they’ll add it in at some point still as it’s a fairly easy reskin for them to do.
I’m assuming it’s more that just KO’ing the painter and taking his disguise. But taking his disguise, and having Dawood come to your studio where you can begin painting him. Painting his portrait requires you to ‘blend in’ to start doing it.
Now, one could have adjusted the Cashmerian’s rifle scope so he can “take the shot”, but that can happen with or without 47 being the artist. It also requires placing the blue tube of paint for the artists to do it…
That could be part of it, wouldn’t surprise me. They made hammers non-lethal in WOA after all, which is a shame as it was one of my favourite ways to kill people in BM.
Hmm. Maybe it is just that simple.
Anyway, I did play the game to see if you could pose as the painter in order to paint a picture of Dawood. It didn’t seem to work, but I could swear you could do that because I do recall witnessing Dawood getting shot by the Cashmerian while painting him.
So it’s either a (new) bug, or I didn’t wait long enough.
Imagine waiting to get the Painter disguise last of all other disguises. You’d get that challenge and the chameleon challenge at the same time.
They should’ve made it [REDACTED] and required you to… (what I was thinking it was). Maybe they thought that was too difficult and just left it at getting the disguise.
No. I assumed you were mistaken about it and thought there was more to the challenge than merely equipping the disguise (as evidenced by my numerous replies above). And that’s not your fault. My mistake.
Considering or realizing what I was thinking you might have said…
I think you’re mistaken…
Or I was confusing it with the “Broad Strokes” mission story. See, I did that a long time ago and have long since forgotten about it. And now we can forget about this.
The suit description for The Author mission describes Agent 47’s transparent sunglasses.
Worse is that the sunglasses even show in the mission thumbnail.
“While she’s deceiving me
It cuts my security
Has she got control of me?
I turn to her and say…”
47 was gonna wear them but someone was like “nice shades asshole” and he took them off before starting the mission.
I was messing around Mendoza the other day and realized that if you flood the fermentation room and then go to do the tour, neither the guide nor the guests will acknowledge the mess.
While playing Miami yesterday I noticed that 47 won’t get wet by the water of the fountain outside the Kronstadt Center. We do have a rain effect for every suit now (?) so it would be nice if a fountain would also affect 47.
Why isn’t the Cocaine Brick considered an Illegal item? I can understand why not in Columbia and maybe Sgail too, but in Miami it should definitely be alarming.
Considering cocaine brick.
There is a guard in SF who carries one, but when he drops it, it collapses.
Annoying
also it’s not unlockable either
Same happens in Miami. What you have to do is knock the NPC to the ground first, then KO or kill them while they’re down so the brick doesn’t have so far to fall. Looks like a toilet drowning is also low enough to work.
Santa Fortuna toilet kill doesn’t save the brick.
As far as I remember once I did knock that NPC to the ground and still that brick went into powder
