They all collapse now when dropped. I wanted to give Florida man some cocaine and it took me a while to figure out how to get it off the Colombian without it breaking, but it is possible. Cut the drop distance. So like get them on their knees and then take them out and it won’t break.
Edit: sorry I see everyone’s already on this. I was able to toilet knockout and it worked. I might have had to do it a couple of times though.
So I just went back and tried it again. Toilet bowl drown still worked, but then I was just messing around and I pushed Florida Man off the pier. His things appeared on the ground where he was standing before I shoved him. Brick intact!
So you can push them over a ledge too to keep the brick.
I tried to get the brick from Hector. Made him sick to barf in the bathroom… barfroom? 
I shot his leg once or twice… He fell flat to the floor, but before he fell I switched over to the wrench I had and got a throw lock-on, then threw it once he was on the floor. Coke brick intact. 
The only issue was becoming compromised. Which would happen anyway (or, losing SA) if you pushed him over a ledge. 
Unless it was a ledge that was going to KO instead of eliminate.
Personally, I hate that some maps can’t be completed 100% without buying DLC. For example, in Miami, where you need to buy DLC with Undying.
It is surprisingly hard for no reason. I did it with Blue egg: came next to him, dropped the egg and spammed “F” button to pick up the brick

I don’t own any of the ET DLCs and those destinations are still listed as 100% for me. nm, lol
As an aside, and I didn’t actually put this together before, but when the Celebrity ETs are live you can actually retry the ET Arcade versions of them for free too. I must have missed them saying that somewhere in the past, but it’s good to reiterate.
The CelebrET Arcade each have a challenge that is part of the location 100%
It is possible to complete them during the free play period, but outside of it you need to possess the DLC.
And the Disruptor disrupt it even more if IOI doesn’t relaunch the mission (with a recast). Since its retired from purchase.
Currently 100% is impossible on Isle of Sgail for new players, paying, patient, or none.

Well I do believe they’ll rework The Disruptor eventually. The WoA support team is so limited that it’ll just keep taking too long. Maybe now that PSVR2 is out it’ll happen… next season…
Again, my idea of redoing The Wild Card and The Disruptor as a new DLC pack with proceeds going to charity and having their replacements voiced by RT Game and Big Mooney 06 as a measure of goodwill to the community would be amazing imo

Yes you can! It’s what challenges should have been. Nothing to tell you to do it, but if you’re in food vendor clothing you can give him the blow and he will run around and do push ups and make strange noises rather than open the food cart.
If you interrupt the street performer in Sapienza by intruding within his space he’ll call you out for it. However he reacts like other NPCs in washrooms and the dialogue is very out of place.

I had this in the back of my mind ever since making the above post. And now I’m finally getting around to posting this vid because it’s exactly like the ‘Become the Painter’ “challenge”. 
Because the challenge wasn’t at all complicated. It just required getting his disguise. As easy as looking either direction, walking over to wherever, etc.
