An engineer is still not Knox himself though - who should be the only one doing any work on it. I get why they don’t react when you’re an engineer because otherwise the whole mission story falls apart - its still a weird oversight that didn’t occur to anyone at the time though.
It mildly annoys me that throughout all WoA maps, 47 doesn’t go inside a boat. There are loads of levels set on islands or coastlines- including two targets who are pirate leaders!- but, nope, no enterable boats.
Sure, there’s the training level cardboard yacht and some old barges throughout the game, but these are mere boat teases! Come on, IO, when will the fans get what they really want: a snowy boat map!
On an airport.

The funniest thing is that you can start the mission story as any disguise (hence why I tried the flamingo), but Knox will throw a fit (and compromise you) if the person he’s asking to start the engine isn’t an engineer ![]()
Sure he does, several maps have a boat exit. I just finished the rerun of The Revolutionary with 47 leaving on a boat.
(I know, not what you meant
)
I mean, every level has at least one bathroom, so why would he?
to be fair on 47, theres no publically available bathrooms in whittleton creek
You could argue that the bathroom in the house where the party is happening is “public” to at least the residents of Whittleton Creek at least. It’s not a trespassing area for 47 anyway…
oh well
its funnier that 47 trespasses to use the bathroom at a small construction site thats guarded by cops than the open house party that takes less than 5 minutes of walking to get to
Unless he’s wearing the Ark robes! There was a FC based on that in H2.
Well, I met 47 in his normal attire. Good point though!
Always willing to suffer for humor!
