Some missed Kill Opportunitys for me would’ve to be:
Reza Zaydan: Make his Men turn against him. It’s already established that he’s not all that beloved with two Soldiers near the Speaker and two Others outside really disliking him having the Prisoner executed.
Dmitri Fedorov: Something related to Fire or Explosives. Not that it would do much for him, as he is essentialy just a Contracts Mode Target, but still.
Nolan Cassidy: Reminding him of Daniel Morris. Idk what Kill Opportunity this would grant, though it be a Nice Callback to actually make something of his Past then a little Fan Service.
Blair Reddington: The Serpant Idea by @Diego_Nunez is already pretty neat, though an alternative would also be his Men turning against him. Aside from the fact that it makes no sense that Cartel Members help him, aside from the easy Model Reuse fitting the less effort of Special Assigments, he also threates his Men to not pay any of them at the End of the Day, not that motivating.
Basil Carnaby: Being able to empty out your Pockets. RFID Coin comes to mind here.
Ajit Krish: Being able to sign into the Program AS Yourself (Tobias Rieper). Schmitz is fine I guess, though a tad too generic and the Kill is a simple Crush Opportunity.
Carl Ingram: Shot with some Antique Gun would be Nice and fitting to how his Family came to fortune.
ICA Agents: Make an Agent blow his Cover and get shot by the Club Security. For this to happen you maybe have to take out Montgomery first, since he poses as the Head of Security.
New York could’ve used a heist story mission. Trigger something to have a armed group take over the bank. Maybe some of the security guards are part of the hijakers.
They could take Athena Savalas to the vault and shoot her dead after she refuses to open it.
The robber’s leader could be an optional target. Because maybe he/she’s after the same item in the vault as you.
Sapienza needed a couple mission stories to take the targets outside the mansion and into the unused areas of the town.
Colorado needed a mission story to do a quadruple kill.
Santa Fortuna needed a mission story to bring one or more targets to the unused fishing town for some cool kills.
Chongqing needed a mission story to bring both targets to the restaurant. That would create some additional kill opportunities in the streets when they are on their way to meet.
Being able to kill the Partners just as it was stated in their obituaries. I wanted to electrocute Ingram to simulate a heart attack and poison Carlisle’s cigarettes if she had any to smoke, to simulate lung cancer.
The Knox eyedropper thing is a lot like this, but I agree it would have been cool to see it done with a drink. Also maybe stressing someone out to the point they go to the bar for alcohol or something.
It has always bugged me that pretty much nothing comes from the bank robbers in NY. Seems like a story that got dropped. Would have loved a proper hold-up play out. Even if it renders SA impossible. Or just let them get the vault unlocked (it’s not like they’d be after the data core anyway)
Chongqing needs something. I don’t know what exactly but maybe 1 more little business that’s actually open with the ability to draw a target out to it. I’m playing it now and it just feels like it’s missing something.
That electronics shop is pretty ridiculous. While we can be glad it’s open, there’s nothing to do there and it’s a trespassing area. No clue what the idea was there.
But I disagree about mastery being tedious on this map. It was the first one I maxed out.
Its still all pretty doable. But you definitely had to do more challenges percentage wise compared to H1 and H2. Like it feels there are in general fewer challenges in the latest game.
Yeah, there’s just less of them overall so it seems like you’re doing “more” of them. I 100%'d every level but Mendoza in a very short amount of time compared to H1 and H2.
