Could it be the issue described in these threads?
I have all options avaliable in step 2 - HITMAN 2 Source Accounts and HITMAN 3 Target Accounts - both accounts shows correctly.
But in STEP 3: CLAIM YOUR CONTENT there no options - just no those lines with accounts at all and all 3 buttons for claim are red.
I want to Import my Epic Version of Hitman 2016 to Steam pls someone help if not locations than atleast progression.
It wonāt work. Save and DLC transfers only works from Steam to Epic, as save/DLC transfers are ānot possibleā the other way round ā¦despite other games like Hades and Paladins and Rogue Company doing thisā¦and IOI having a seperate server system specifically catered to doing this for the former anyway, and both EGS and Steam being fully capable.
Itās a dumb, nonsensical design choice that IOI seems very keen on keeping schtum about.

Itās not possible. Importing H2016 locations requires ownership of Legacy pack for H2 (2018). Even if you own H2 on Steam, it still requires your ownership of H2016 on Steam, instead of Epic.
Progression is also not possible either, but that was the case for all platforms. All users had to redo the completed challenges and missions with H2 Legacy locations.
