Weil if you name it like that it indeed sounds like a ridicolous idea 
I was thinking more like…doors become locked, alleys get more guard enforcers, elevators are out of order after X happened on the map.
I would prefer stuff like that is repaired the next run, like a one-way shortcut. Fatty 47 ripping of the drainage pipe on his way down.

ICA 19 is the same. @Urben 's photo is the Blackballer. Doesn’t change the point about the sticker or whatever that white texture is…

They confirmed something as close the the Blackballer as possible.
Though I don’t get why it’s something as close as possible instead of the same since it’s the same game engine and they could put it back in.

i know Urben’s picture is the Blackballer. im saying the gun in the video looks nothing like the current ICA19 we have. so it must be redesigned or something
