New official info from iOi. Good news: Hitman 3 will release on release day in Asia simultaneously with the rest of the world. Bad news: no preorder or preload will be available. Details bellow:
“For PS4 and PS5 owners in Asia, please note that HITMAN 3 will not be available for pre-order or pre-load. This is due to recent changes in the age ratings systems in those regions. HITMAN 3 will be available for purchase at the above time.” HITMAN 3 - Pre-Launch Guide - IO Interactive

Yep, unless IO changes their mind after the release. Well, gotta say though, we Asian PS players could be a small group. But after seeing the news, I think IO is already pissing off a significantly larger group of PC players with the time-limited discount.

The release time for South East Asia is 2000/2100 on Jan 20th.
I hope so, but excuse me if I can’t be as optimistic as you are. We technically don’t (and can’t) pre-order the game, so the said pre-order bonus is unlikely to be included in the Asian version.
I’m not optimistic, since it was from another guy.
I bet IO doesn’t care, just like what I’ve been saying.

It’s about the same, we’re paying more than other PlayStation users + other platforms, and without Trinity Pack + PS4 Theme.
And they’re paying 20% of however the Hitman 2 Pass will cost, when they’ve already bought it once.
I would rather pick their bottles of poison tbf, at least I’ll not be missing anything.
The funny thing is that ioi said that they already working on the pre order in Asia ps store, and now?it still cannot pre order,and Asia players cannot get any pre orders rewards
And their game just have 4 hours before published,I cannot believe that ioi can finish the pre order in 4 hours

Hello. PS player from Taiwan here. Just to let you and anyone who has this issue here know, I’ll go visiting a local shop tomorrow to see if they will sell any physical copy. If they do and those copies contain Trinity Pack, I’ll let you know. So you don’t have to purchase a digital copy without said bonus. 
Update: I didn’t manage to get a physical copy today. All of the shops I went to said the game isn’t officially distributed in Taiwan, so they only take orders from a few customers and import their games.
Well anyway, good luck to everyone who has to go through this. I hope we all get to play H3 in near future.
Why so complicated. Just create another US account from your Ps4 and purchased from US then switch back to your own account to play hitman 3.
That’s one of the possible way. Unfortunately & inconveniently, there are people like me who don’t own a credit card or something like Paypal to purchase digital games from other regions.
Maybe you try local us ps card reseller from your place online Market. Most of the country got their own reseller. Then reload to the account and buy. I think that is the best way to get hitman 3 at the 1st place.
And still not available on PSN Asia, progression website is broken as well smh
