You need to extract everything, not just QuickMod.exe. I don’t distribute the other files for no reason.
By OS I mean which version of Windows are you using? What does your taskbar look like?

Probably because it was set up incorrectly originally. Try deleting %appdata%\QuickMod\storage\quickmod.json.
I can’t deploy any mods because I’m missing a file called “chunk0patch5.rpkg”, is there a way to fix this error?

The Analyst was made by me for Hitman 2, I don’t think it works in H3.
You’re using an old version of QuickMod. Please update to the latest version.
EDIT: You may not be, in which case please ensure that you run QuickMod from an extracted user folder in Explorer.
