I don’t know exactly when it was patched.
(might be a consequence of one of the VR work on weapon/tactical reload/bullet in chamber, it’s not highlighted)
The Krugermeiers now all have animations, they cycle and lock when empty. All four versions.
Before only the original golden 2-2 from H2016 Bangkok did, the rest had just no animations and were inert props. It was a small pet peeve of mine, now fixed.
In game it doesn’t find them, behave as if you have none, and ask you if you want to sign up for one.
Out, the site itself (account.ioi.dk) does not load, and the connection times out.
In game account suits/items and other drops are still available, they are saved in your game profile save after a one-time ok from your IOI account.
The game itself has no consequence.
Seems like that update they’ve promised to Bruce Lee ET, but they forgot to tell us about it (probably not, but it definitely felt like an update that would come before November update).
And for such a welcome reward. Suit looks good, has the right kind of gloves, is even closed-jacket. But - and here’s the final verdict decider - how is the jacket fit? Is it all big like the Trinity pack suits that most new ones have been going off of the last few years, or is it like the signature suits where you can actually see the jacket match 47’s torso line? Since this one seems to be a reskin of the default suit from Whittleton Creek, I’m hoping for the latter, but can someone who’s unlocked it confirm how the jacket looks once worn, please?
Has anyone noticed any changes to Infiltrator? They said they would change it in some way, but weren’t specific. Also, how come we weren’t told about upcoming update? C’mon, IOI, don’t do that.
We were at least informed an update was coming via email…a week ago. But yeah, the date being ambiguous is just not good enough. I just checked their socials, and no word of a specific time for the update was provided. No patch-notes. No warning in a reasonable timeframe. No…nothing.
I am not buying it out of principle. You are forcing players’ hands because you wanted this to be limited time and are banking on player FOMO way too much. This is needlessly aggressive marketing, and I find it disgusting.
If you had any sense IOI, you would actually try and make it permanent, or the very least rotate it in and out of seasons (Not unlike the Undying in Hitman 2). But this? This is the worst of both worlds.
And once the DLC goes away, you’ll just be left with people hurting, and those who never got to buy it. It’s not a good look. It’s like you set yourself up for disappointment.
One thing the patch has taught me is that you can throw things at unconscious witnesses to make you no longer compromised!
Another big thing is performance fixes, as well as changes to the boat clue, and one big thing for my amazing friend and Lighting Ultimate mod maker, Ashley: lighting is no longer broken in certain places like Hokkaido in Freelancer/ after visiting other locations.
The Bruce Lee Pack will be available on storefronts until November 20.
After this date, it will be removed from digital stores. It may be available during future mission reruns.
I’m still wondering whether it’s IOI’s decision to create FOMO and only make the DLC available for a period of time or if that’s due to outside forces, for example due to a stipulation enforced by the estate of Bruce Lee.
We’ve reworked the puzzle surrounding the combination of Xiao Hu’s safe. The glowing boat is no more.
Why though?
We solved an issue where binding inventory to mouse buttons 4 and 5 would require holding the button instead of a single click.
The boat clue only worked for English people and was waaay too obscure - BOAT looked like 8047 (which is still the code)
I’m not sure what the new hint/ intel is yet though.
We solved an issue where NPCs that were shot from afar would know Agent 47 was responsible for it and compromise him when approaching them, even if he was unseen. This fix should particularly be of help for speedrunners skilled in long-distance shots.
Does this mean we now can take a sniper shot from a long distance (without killing) and if we have the sniper stored in a briefcase no one would be any wiser?
Players may have noticed that the newspaper now knocks down NPCs instead of pacifying them. This change has been made intentionally.

We fixed an issue where certain locations’ lighting would appear broken outside of main missions. This was most obvious in Freelancer, when starting in the morgue in Hokkaido.
