We already have plenty of escalations that forces the player to wear a certain disguise - or no disguise at all.
Being only able to use female outfits as disguises, however, would be something new. But that seems like a lot of work. More than they’ve put into the Sin Escalations so far.

I don’t think this one was unredeemable, it was just dull, like Greed was.
Sloth is where they really start to mix things up and challenges you for those perfect SA playthroughs.
Yep, I liked Sloth, especially the voice acting. I really fell in love (lol) when Lust dropped. Gluttony was pretty good, Envy… meh.
Ah, I hadn’t realized you’d played the others. I thought you were just getting around to the Sins now.
Nah, I just bought them individually. I originally didn’t buy the Pass out of spite but I like new content, good or bad.
I think I just held off on Pride because of how much flak it gets. It deserves it all.
