As proof :
Two days later, Mastery 100 achieved, no new Safehouse unlocks though. And no ICA coin. 33 campaigns to achieve it, according to the game. Some were bugged, so I would guess 30 in reality. I also now have 95/99 challenges done.
The last 4 ones are the usual suspects (slow and steady, top dog, employee of the year, and GOAT). They all have clear empty emplacements on the central shelves.
Which means that not only are my Office shelves and Bedroom wall shelves as full as they can be, but also that at least one challenge is not currently possible, one more indicator of more to come.
(that and the top shelve in the office is suspiciously not used)

A final fun things about the Safehouse : if you use the premium meditation spot, a giant duckie passes through the day.
@V1G0F4LCRUM, I would guess 80-120 hours. I basically played 4 hours in the evening during the week and 12 hours a day during the week-ends to arrive here. But you have to do as many perfect run as you can, it can double, if not triple, the xp gained per mission.
