More than you’d think. Growing numbers and new unique terrains. (I don’t play it myself, but being an Arma enjoyer, it pops in any Bohemia-related feed I follow. And I do envy those terrains…)

It’s just really baffling to me that Sony only ever made one of their major IPs a proper VR2 game, when there’s others that I’m sure fit VR just as good if not better.
Take for example the norse God of War saga. Kratos has an axe! He slashes and chops and punches enemies across rooms like its nobody’s business! I wanna do that with my own hands too!
Alas, no…
I mean there’s already tons of issues with how they handled PSVR2, like the price, or maybe specifically having Guerilla Games make the Horizon VR game rather than handing it off to a different group.
(Though I have heard it’s a fantastic game and one of the best for the system)
If Sony or other companies are so scared to keep their dedicated “flat” dev teams away from labour-intensive or time-consuming projects like VR, I feel like they could have outsourced the work to other dedicated VR teams!
I’m sure tons of teams out there would chomp at the bit to play around with Sony’s iconic IP and characters in an entirely new format, while letting Sony’s proper “prestige” teams work away on guaranteed multi-million selling hits since the PS4/5 adoption is astronomical compared to the VR.

Because the console’s revision hasn’t been announced yet? Because it was leaked off Amazon shipping details on half a day ago? At least if the article is anything to go buy.
There is no price increase according to the article. If anything the article speculates this was done to keep the price down.

The leak happened 2 weeks ago by a reputable leaker, saying the new model was to be released on the 13th September. There was some backlash at that time, but I was skeptical . So now that I see the new model is out there with a reported smaller SSD and there was no annoumcent by Sony it’s obvious as a gamer I would like to know something from Sony. May be the reported size refers to the actual space available for games…
Possible, I believe the original PS5’s had a similar issue where some of the space was taken up by other functions and what have you (the article also says this). Either way it is most likely a cost-cutting method and probably a way to nudge consumers towards Sony’s hard drives if you want to be real cynical about it.
I mean as is your right but if it isn’t being released yet and they are sitting on it then it most likely means Sony are still preparing their messaging around the reduction in capacity.
Either way I think 1TB isn’t enough if some of the top-sellers are 300GBs just for the base game alone.
