I cannot find whatever that first letter is supposed to be. The 2nd and 3rd together seems to be ‘Ba’ and (I guess) means flowing. ETA: Just going by copy/pasting into Google Translate. I could be way off.
Oh well. I’m sure someone will come along and will know (not going to bother anyone by tagging them).

They added a muzzle brake 
(Avid gun owner and enthusiast here, don’t mind me)
Any micro SMG like an Uzi or Mac10 etc generally suck without a muzzle brake/ compensator to help control the recoil and muzzle rise.

Dinesh Ray (Dawood Rangan’s bodyguard) is never highlighted red if he’s a target. Only visible like this and on the map:

I don’t have an upload to show you, but I just found out IO did indeed record AI voice files for Mark Faba (Sean Bean) not just the pre-scripted dialogue we hear, but they FORGOT TO ADD HIS NAME TO A LIST so instead it defaults to a British Spec Ops guy when you bump him in game etc -_-

If they enabled it then when you bump into him Sean Bean would say “You’re lucky my schedule’s full…”
UPDATE: They only recorded some voicelines for Faba, the ones they didn’t record (which is a lot) are still filled in by that British SpecOps voice

I spent half an hour dragging an unconscious Franco to the hippo enclosure and knocking out anyone in the way so I could dump him in. At least I got SA.
So I found out that (as the Hippo Whisperer) if you walk off as Rico tells you the stupid story about his uncle’s watch, or if you escort him to the hippo enclosure when the hippo’s not up two times in a row, Rico will be so pissed that he decides to kill you and the whole area becomes a trespassing area for the Hippo Whisperer.
Also, if Sierra Knox loses the drinking game but you didn’t spike the chili shot with anything, she will rush to the kitchen to drink a cup of milk(labelled water for some reason, despite being right next to a carton of milk).

A plot inconsistency: 47’s default location for Apex Predator starts him in the Number Six suit, but the ending cutscene with Hall will always show him in his signature suit, despite that suit being nowhere in the club and the cutscene being set immediately after.
Also, assuming that 47 took Grey’s outfit off his corpse, it would have been bloodied and torn, seeing that the guards shot Grey a couple times and he blew his own head off.

47 ALWAYS has a his signature suit in his magic pocket. It’s just that the player isn’t allowed to access it during the game. Haven’t you played H2SA? He changed back to signature suit in nearly every post level cutscene.

If you take care of the two ladies at the torches, the asado chef can actually do his job. 
But, if you steal all the torches he will go pray to the shrine.
After a while he will magically get a torch from inside the statue. Looks like he prayed hard enough!

If you take out the Maelstrom before he meets with the Kashmirian, the Kashmirian will wait for about half a minute before storming off. He will then proceed to a bus stop and grumble that he pulled off the hit of the century and the mighty Maelstrom still has no time for him and that it feels like a ghost walked over his grave.
I was hoping that if you were in the room instead, you could pretend to be the Maelstrom.

Yes.And no quark sound when you shoot or kill someone.Just a normal sniper with a '‘ducky’'skin.
