Just wanted to point out poisoning the cake is an option in this contract as well and it might even be a faster method. 
Not saying it’s not a cool find though.

I wonder if there are still 2 bottles there? No, really. You can either shoot it and a bottle will still be there, or move the camera around and find 2 prompts.
So, if you poison the wrong bottle it won’t work. I guess. 
Edit: This was how it was in H2… I can’t say I’ve done or noticed in H3.
Edit2: Sapienza has (or had?) this issue too.

That’s pretty awesome. Still quite unpractical because there are better chances to kill him with poison by the cake or anywhere else with anything in his route.
Well,the kitchen and cake room aren’t very difficult to infiltrate to be honest.
I can also say that it doesn’t take too long for Jordan to come down,as I use the cake lure most of the time when playing Club 27(to avoid infiltrating the poorly designed studio floor).In about 3 minutes after placing the cake topper he’ll be in the cake room,tasting the cake.
The contract could be in theory finished in less than 5 minutes using this method(assuming you head straight to the exit after placing the cake topper and poisoning the cake,exiting immediately after the kill happens).
As for your method,you’d have to wait until Jordan’s second cycle(which starts at around 4:30?) for him to be in the recording booth.Until the kill happens and until getting to an exit it would theoretically take more time than the cake method.The execution could be easier for your method,but in terms of efficiency,I’d say the cake is better.
There aren’t any other opportunities to poison Jordan besides making him come to the cake room and breaking the mix though…?
It took me a minute more doing the cake route. First he comes down slowly to where the cake is, and even after that he another whole minute to finally eat the cake. Also, apart from these 2 methods, what is another method where you can get a “consumed” poison kill on him?
Like I said in the above comment, it took me less than 5:30 doing the sound mix route and over 6 minutes doing the cake route. You could try yourself and see, it could be that you’re faster. If you’re on PC, that is.
Consumed poison? Not sure outsie these two options. Also thinking about it, I recall someone saying Jordan also drinks the beer if you make him kill Ken by tossing him out the window.
You can get to the penthouse and lure him to the bathroom and plenty other blindspots but quite hard I admit. Bangkok isn’t really SA/SO friendly in any regard. Hehe
