I feel like I also just learned that throwing a micro zapper or explosive is illegal. If I ever knew that, I’d forgotten it.
I only learned like six months ago that throwing a car battery is an illegal action.
I did know about the arcade key under the brick though 
— pleasantly surprised that people are still discovering that!

Easy he is wearing the red Reni hat, thick gold chain and the long coat he walks around the main dance floor. He looks like every stereotypical 90s rave drug dealer.

He can usually be found outside the bathroom area.
And speaking of that particular bathroom area and hidden keys…
There’s one bathroom where one of the workers in the mask/balaclava is mopping. There’s a bathroom key on the sink.

I found he mostly chills around the bathroom near the dance floor. Don’t think I’ve ever seen him actively walking around (everyone who passes by always tells him no).

I could swear he starts off somewhere near the dance floor talking to a woman then moves over to that bathroom. I make it a point of pride to deal with him whenever he accosts me.
Don’t do drugs kids or 47 will choke out your dealer.
