I happened to find this quickly but only bc I picked up the brick. Im sure it frustrated you, but I like that IO have started to hide things since instinct will always show us stuff that isn’t hidden. I remember when Dubai first came out the exploding golf ball was just far enough away from the entrance to the janitor room that when they put it behind the bucket (or whatever it’s behind) instinct wouldn’t pick it up. Of course I missed it and then spent an hour looking for it elsewhere, so I feel your pain.
There is also a master key in Farrah’s bar. It’s inside behind a photo on the wall.
So I guess this more of a re-discovery. I was talking about proxy kills and totally misremembered how the sniper kill in Mendoza worked. You can have the sniper team shoot Vidal in view of her guards without penalty (just don’t be standing right there after). Thanks to @Beldingford for setting my memory straight.
You can even have them shoot her when she’s not at the railing and the guards won’t care (either use an emetic gas to break the endless talk or just wait long enough until they have spoken about how they wish to die).
But this is new! The second time I had the sniper team kill Vidal upstairs from the usual spot, the snipers had to take 3 shots bc they hit two other NPCs first. Still no panic bc it all counted as accidents but I lost SA bc of non target kills.
^^ I was convinced this wasn’t possible. I spent more than a few min trying to get the snipers to accidentally hit 47 or Dianna when this mechanic first came out. I was convinced it wasn’t possible. Now I may have to go try again only not at the railing.
Are you guys aware of the glitch that occurs when you shoot the Molotov cocktail with a dart gun (e.g. kalmer)?
It was very recently discovered (of course).
The molotov erupts into flames, giving you accident kills, SILENTLY.
The molotov remains intact and can be re-used for the explosion, you throw it and explodes, giving more accident kills loudly. (It can no longer produce fire though)

It really does. IOI made a bad move in the first place making it an accident kill,

Now silent accidents and literal pocket propane.
The blindfolded man who gets executed in the mission intro - his body can be found near the waterfall at the construction site, near the log you can use to cross the river. You can wear his outfit which is a unique variant of the Mansion Guard disguise (minus the blindfold).
Ambrose Island; you can climb up here and 47 will do an Assassins Creed like double jump to get up there. Im not sure I have seen him climbing up like that before.
it is really cool! I can’t recall 47 doing a double jump like that anywhere else either. and it’s right near the wall you can break through — feels a lot like the Sapienza ruins with these two details
I think we can agree to disagree, because there is no way that a death by Molotov would ever be deemed an accident in real life. Even the glass remains reveal what actually happen.
If it weren’t rewarding SA, many wouldn’t use or exploit it. Yet, many who love the idea of the new item would use it just for a visually awesome kill.
Either way, the bugs- both the wallbangs and tranq glitch- are also mistakes.

also its so weird to hear hitman fans now justify making something a reskin because “well it would look cool.” next time theres an unlock thats just the katana again please keep that same energy
