I found this silly-named guy in H2016, main mission Bangkok outside the camera box security room:
and although the image doesn’t explain this, you can open the safe in the Sapienza attic with explosives.
Edit: Oh and also, some of Dartmoor’s gardeners got name changes at one point. One NPC is now one-letter off being someone I know. Can’t believe there’s an NPC from each game that shares a name with someone I know, huh.

I believe one guard voice line (by a restricted area or a frisk or something) says something along the lines of “Did you get me x this year?”

In Landslide once Bravuomo reaches his office, the CCTV guard goes to the hippie’s room to meditate, meaning no cameras in the map can spot you any more

That’s a wild detail… Does the same thing happen if you just take out the CCTV guard, or any other similar guards on other maps

I have been hit with a couple different variant of that line. This one felt like a personal attack; I almost ruined my SA of your contract by whacking him with my briefcase in broad daylight in front of the entire IAGO auction…

Yea if there are no NPCs at any record station the cameras no longer function in the sense of seeig you, sending a guard or compromising you. Hence why the icon doesnt have working cameras
