Agent 92 is probably one of the worse agents ever. High non-target kill counts, always eliminating VIPs, also (s)he’s dead.
But on the other hand, Agent 2’s speedrun in Dubai is quicker than 47’s.

Silver and I playing Split Fiction, I just looked up the cast and the main actress who plays Zoe (the blonde british girl) has played a number of key NPCs and Targets in WOA Hitman!

If I had to guess, it was probably originally placed inside the vault to give players a place to hide if the alarm was tripped or as another place to store bodies when people are distracted into the vault - then they thought against it and instead of removing it took the easy route and moved it into a spot it wouldn’t normally be seen.
Or maybe the vault was bigger than it is now at some point and then they just closed off the wall and left everything that was already there.

This might be obvious to others - especially any French speakers - but I’ve just discovered that there’s a series of French military rifles from the late-19th and early-20th centuries which follow the naming convention “Fusil Modèle…”, such as the Fusil Modèle 1874 and the Fusil Modèle 1886.
Indeed, the French word for rifle is ‘fusil’. So, it doesn’t take much of a leap to see how the Hitman devs decided on a name for the fictional rifle used by many of the guards in Paris.
What I find interesting is that this is another example of Paris’ enduring legacy across the rest of the series. Just as there’s props adorned with signs of Paris throughout many other locations in the game, so too the Fusil rifles.
These are - we can assume - supposed to be French rifles in origin. Yet, we see them all over the World of Assassination. It’s clearly a successful gun brand!

The fusil in hitman is mostly an AR-15 clone but it has a full size hand guard instead of a trigger guard that looks much like the one on the FAMAS-G2. The FAMAS is made in France and was the French military standard issue battle rifle from like 1980 to 2020. They are still some soldiers and Legionnaires who have them with the complete phase out not scheduled for a couple more years.
